Bought the classic tall Ugg boots in size 7 previously for my daughter so I ordered my her the same size 7 in the Mini II boots and she can't even get her foot past the opening they are so narrow

The opening to the mini is too small to get foot in boot. Hopefully they are not all like this as I will be returning these and getting another. Can't comment on size or width because I couldn't get my foot in it.

The new boots are not as plush as the 5 year old pair that I'd hoped to replace. My feet aren't nearly as warm in these. The shearling is visibly thinner.
I'll be looking for an alternative.

I love the color of the Navy but unfortunately I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. My arches are too high for the Mini Boot apparently. I had already taken them out of the box and threw it away so now I own a beautiful pair of boots I can't wear!

I really wanted these short Uggs and the color is perfect, but they are impossible to get on because they are so tight at the top.

I was reallllyyyyyy disappointed by these boots.. Hopefully this is just a fluke. I returned them and I am waiting for my new ones to come in the mail. I will write an updated review then, but just need to say how sad it was for them to arrive only to have to send them back. One boot was CLEARLY smaller than the other and missing about half of much fur as was inside the right boot! Like I said already twice, disappointing.
The shipping was SO fast as well. Standard and arrived in 2 days. I hope my exchange arrives just as fast.. :/

Boot opening is too small. Very difficult for someone with high arch feet to put on. Never had this problem with my older version of this style

The boot is entirely too small and the wrong color. I could not pull the back of the boot up over my heel without extreme effort. It must have been a child's size 9. I was expecting the color, strawberry sorbet, to be red, similar to the picture on the website and not a pink lemonade color. It's a beautiful color but not what I was looking for. I have returned the boots for a refund.

The bottom foot part of the boots I received looked the right size. However, the boot shaft was so narrow that I couldn't get my foot in. One would have to have a much lower instep (top part of foot near ankle) in order to get these boots on. It was massively disappointing since I had been wanting to try UGG boots for years. Also, I later saw reviews on other websites that said the same thing about the boot shaft being too narrow. In the distant future I may go to an UGG store and try on things in person.

The lining and sole of the shoe feel cheaply made and worse than the pairs I have owned before. I also had to size up on the pair because my foot physically wouldn't fit in the size of my other uggs.

The size and width are ok. The quality of the so called sheepskin upper is questionable. The soles indicate that this product is not true Australian UGG. The weight of the product in significantly lighter than the Australian boots. It is way too thin to protect your feet in cold weather. It doesn't feel like handmade. The current American, Dekers, has no regards to the prestigious Australian boots. I would not recommend them. Look for the real manufacturers elsewhere.

I’ve been wearing Ugg boots for years. I usually buy one or two new pairs every winter. This year I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the boots. I’m a size 8 in every pair I’ve even purchased. They are typically hard to get my foot in at first because of the lining, but as it compacts they become easier and easier. This pair however, after wearing them twice I now have to wear socks with them to keep them on. The lining is so thin, they’re really not even warm. The suede outside on my old boots is so soft and plush. These look like cheap, fake knockoffs after just a couple wears. The suede is all matted down and smooth. I used to reach for my Ugg’s first, but now they’re finding their way further and further back in my closet. Very disappointing since the price point hasn’t changed...only the quality.

I always have worn short classics size 6. 6’s are too small and 7 too big! I am going to try one last style, the ultra mini in a 7. If those don’t work I will give up! It will be my 4th try! Thank goodness for Zappos free shipping and return shipping!
