Too big, no the same size as before

i ordered the shoes 12/1 they got here 12/6 and by 12/7 the front of the left shoe where the seen meets between the front part of your foot and the ankle part had ripped. i had ordered them a size up than normal and had plenty of room in the shoe and taking them on and off are a breeze. after calling ugg giving all the information needed they told me the shoe was no longer in stock and they could not do an exchange but i could return them and get my full refund while that's a great deal i did not want to part with the color i had they said that the chocolate may never be restocked again so i didn't take my chances they gave a whopping 15$ back which was so gutting. just be warned these shoes are not built to good quality i feel so stupid for not just getting something cheaper with the same quality i got with this.

The boots were bought as a Christmas present and did not fit. They are completely out of stock so I can't exchange them and was forced to return them. Very unfortunate because my niece really loves them.

After day one of wearing the shoes, they started to slouch. Not sure if the worn in look is the whole point of the shoe but I was disappointed.

I've had countless pairs of Uggs and decided to get the mini as they're trending right now. But the quality is so poor now that they're in such high demand. The seams are all janky and they crease so much more easily than they used to. I'm really sad how poor my brand new Uggs have held up. They're super comfortable and cute but they just won't last me long enough, even after spraying the weather protectant.

Very cute style. Very comfortable. But borderline impossible to put on. I don't have wide feet or anything. I sized up .5 size. And it is still terrible to put on. I doubt they last more than 1 year just from the on/off process. The back will no doubt give out. Wanted these for comfortable slip on run errand shoes. But I avoid wearing them for the difficulty of putting them on. I suggest if you want easy slip on type booties you go with Sorels. Would not suggest or buy again. Only 2 stars because they are cute and comfortable once they get on.

I would have personally gone either with the bmtaller version of boot

Unfortunately, these boots look great but they are impossible to get on. They should have a zipper or something in the back of them in order to get them on. I will be returning them for that reason only.

So these are the cutest pair of boots and I was so hopeful they would fit me. But your girl has the fattest foot bro. My foot didn't go past the entrance :'( I had to return them. I'm so sad I rlly wanted them to fit and then I wanted to exchange maybe and the tasmans (the only one without the boot entrance thingy were sold out :( if my foot slims down I will definitely be purchasing again

I love the boots. I just think the material is cheaper and this color is a new more lightweight brown compared to when these boots originally came out. The material is much more sensitive and they stain easily. The boots should have more of a protective cover to make it more stain proof.

So I've purchased quite a few pairs of these over the years and the most recent pair I've gotten have felt like such poor quality. It's not the same as the old UGG quality! From the first time I put them on I noticed they were almost sagging? They don't hold their shape and they're so much more flimsy than previous pairs I have gotten. I'm currently using my two year old UGGs still just because they're in better shape than my new pair. I'm just disappointed. Maybe it's just a bad pair, but its definitely not the same.

I'm a size 7 and they are too big, and size 6 is to small ! So frustrating! Ugh Australia was way better

I feel like the material has changed that you guys was using . They feel thinner & cheaper. They don't feel as warm as before.

WELL 1 BOOT HAD A SCRATCH ON IT THAT I CAN'T GET OUT

I've worn nothing but UGGs for over 10 yrs due to a balance disorder I have and these make me feel most stable. The last two pairs, this and my prior order did not wear the same, are they still being made at the same place with the same materials? I'm so sad. The rubber bottoms wear too fast and I've only had the minis on for two weeks with socks, my socks are black and I tried without socks and just spent half hour trying to get the black dye off my feet

Very difficult to get the mini boot on. The opening into the boot is very tight. It binds at arch and ankle. The height of this boot is about an inch higher than the mini boot of a friend's that I tried on. There must have been different productions sites in the distribution chain. Very disappointing I have a number of other UGG boots that I enjoy.

I absolutely loved the color. I had waited months for it to be available in my size which is a 12. I've worn Ugg's of all types tall boots, mid high, the fluff yeah in various versions, and leather sandals. This short boot I couldn't get my left foot in. I would return but the process seems a bit tedious.

Not sure what's going on with Ugg and the make of your boots but the opening is way to narrow not everyone has the same size in anything. I still wear my boots as needed. But I shouldn't have to struggle with them

I was so excited to buy these boots and was so disappointed when I received them. I'm not sure if I just bought a size too small (reviews said to size down) but trying to get the boot on & off was a whole ordeal. I was pretty much sweating after putting both boots on... I much prefer the slides.

Unfortunately it takes me 5 mins to put these shoes on. The shoe itself is very cute.
