Very disappointed, I've ordered from you all a lot but this time. I am having to send back and exchange. The whole bottom of the heal inside boot is coming apart.

Uggs are definitely not what they used to be! The quality has went downhill drastically. I received my Uggs and they are very flimsy. The sole on these are a joke! It's like lightweight foam,no weight or sturdiness to them whatsoever. I would not recommend.

Soooo upset at the quality of these ugg boots, ran to my old Ugg's from 5 years ago and noticed immediately the quality of the boots have gone to trash! My shein boots are more sturdy and have a higher quality of boots than these mini ugg boots. I paid for them unfortunately I won't return them due to the hassle. Soo upset at how cheaply made the boots are. Save yourselves money and buy the dupes instead. Wish I would have done that before buying this.

I received my order last week. I know they're not waterproof, but after simply washing my hands this morning mine are showing severe stains. This was just from water dripping off my hands. Very disappointed as I've never had this issue with any other Uggs I've purchased

These are nothing like the classic. They are very thin - from the rock hard soles to the fur lining and the suede uppers. Everything about these are cheap and poorly made. It used to be that I couldn’t wear socks with mine because they were so plush and warm, and the soles were thick. Now, I need to wear thick socks (even though I purchased the same size and my feet are more swollen) and you can feel every tiny pebble you step on because it’s so thin and the cold seeps right in. If I hadn’t wore them once before realizing how cheap and poor quality they were, I would have immediately returned them. Because either Uggs have gone far downhill in quality while getting more expensive, or Zappos sold me knockoffs.

I thoroughly water/weather proofed these and my daughter walked through wet grass 2 weeks later. They stained and I can't get the stains out despite trying allllll the hacks out there. So disappointed. We've never had a pair of Ugg's or even Koolaburra's do this! Also, the ankle opening is super tight - a zipper would be nice.

I've purchased many Uggs over the years and I feel like the quality went down. These Uggs give me the worst foot pain and are not comfortable at all. The last time I bought Uggs were the tall classics back in 2016 and never experienced this issue at all. And also, I would wear their classic boots for a whole day with no foot pain. Something must have happened between 2016-present by making these super uncomfortable. Their foot sole just feels like cardboard now. I love these but not the pain they give.

The Classic UGG mini boot feels cheaply made. I have other pairs of UGG BOOTS that are thick and nicely constructed. I'm disappointed with this style of boot. The boot is very thin. I never wore them. I'm going to return them.

I have purchased these same boots about 5 times now, and always received the same great boots that you expect from Ugg, until this last pair. The quality of the boots is no where near what it used to be. My old worn out Uggs are thicker that the pair I received and crease less than the new pair. Really disappointed.

One of the boots had an unattractive pucker in the toe area where the suede leather is sewn to the sole. The boots had to be returned. Still waiting for my refund.

I've had these for three weeks so far and they've already ripped at the seem . I wear them minimally more so as a slipper so VERY disappointed with the quality considering the price. Will try to exchange but idk if it'll happen again.

I wore these just a few times and let me just say they fade so fast they aren't even black anymore. I never wore them in the snow never wore them in the rain and they look so faded. I'm so unhappy with them.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. Keep in mind, she is very careful with her things, and they have already ripped. She has only worn them a handful of times, so this is very disappointing.

The material at the back of my boot ripped while putting them on only after the second time wearing them. I took them to a professional shoe repair because I did not want these expensive boots to go to waste and after I got them fixed, they ripped right away again when putting them on carefully for the first time. As a regular UGG customer, I am very disappointed as this is unlike the quality of other boots and slippers I have purchased.

So disappointed in these. They are so soft and flimsy. They feel more like a house slipper. The sole is made out of a soft foam and are slippery. Not the same sturdy uggs I used to know. Don't even know if they will last a season. I did not want to spend this much money on a house slipper.

Wore it once and they were way too light, these boots have absolutely no foot support. I felt as though I was going to trip easily in them. Felt as though I was walking barefoot on the concrete.

These were my 5th pair of Uggs. I ordered these in black. The black lining stained my feet and they ran large. I had to send them back. I expect better quality for the price. I suggest ordering boots with a white lining to avoid this. I saw multiple reviews of this boot with varying comments about size. I wish Ugg could get consistent with sizes.

I bought this pair of boots for Christmas and was very excited to finally buy a pair!
But 2 weeks ago, coming out of a dental practice, the door closed on one of my feet and literally cut the aheepskin/fabric.

I used to LOVE Uggs. I have owned several pairs of the Classics. Since Ugg changed to the Classic II line, the quality has declined. First, my former size 5 no longer fits like it used to. I tried a size 6 and it is too big. Size 5 is too small. Second, the sheepskin seems thinner. Third, the Ugg lining is not as thick and plush as it used to be. Why did Ugg change? Bring back the original Classic line. Until they do, SADLY, I'm done with these shoes.

First off thought I was buying the original Ugg boot from Australia but this site is in the US and the products are made in China. Secondly I ordered my usual size and because of the design of the mini boot, it is almost impossible to get on. Sent them back immediately.

I ordered Uggs for my girlfriend for a holiday gift and there was a tiny tear in the stitching on top of the boot. We tried to see if we can exchange, but Uggs has been sold out of the campfire color. Very disappointed.
