I have my second jacket and the zipper is bad on this one too. It will also be going back. Can't fight with the bad zipper. Pocket zippers are fine.

When I ordered this online, the jacket pictured looked white against black/gray. When I received it, it's a light gray (really ugly color) top portion and a light black/dark gray bottom portion. GRAY OVERLOAD!

I never got to wear the jacket outside because the zipper kept getting stuck. when I unpacked the jacket and tried it on in the house. I couldn't believe i had to return it! Don't buy this jacked. Try another one!

I wear this jacket through the very cold winter of Minnesota. The jacket is thin, which had me concerned that it was not as warm as my previous and thicker NF jacket. The jacket is still warm and excellent at blocking the wind. I needed a replacement jacket for my bulkier NF jacket. My old NF had a broken zipper. The NF life time warranty made me angry. The store I went to wanted 8-12 weeks for the repair. I couldn't just give them my coat and not have one for the long winter. This was the latest model of my previous jacket. I am unhappy that it fits so snug. My belly looks bigger in the jacket and it doesn't fit nearly as well on me. The jacket doesn't balance out well over my stomach in the front now. I'm pretty unhappy but will continue to wear it. I wish they would include a breast pocket as well. There are also no longer straps on the sleeves to tighten them around your wrist, which causes the jacket to not be as warm as it should be.

The old style of this jacket was near perfect, why they changed the style is puzzling. The style, the tough shell, the warmth, were all great. The only real issue i had with this jacket was the insulation seams next to the zipper would cause the zipper to catch and tear the lining. it got to where I could not zip the jacket up all the way after only using the Jacket for one season. So I sent it back and TNF sent me the new style jacket. The new style has a cut like a maternity shirt that makes you look pregnant, they also removed the cuff tabbs, and yet they did nothing about the zipper issue. So I sent the new one back, TNF sent me a gift card. I am now having a hard time finding another TNF jacket that meets my needs as well as this jacket did.

The insulation is coming out through the lining inside of the jacket. It comes right through the porous fabric and not only just at the stitching seems. 0/10. I've owned this jacket for an hour and a half and wore it home to try it out.

I wanted to wear this hacket everyday but now i cant now that i started noticing the thin insulation fibers coming off i pulled one of them and then a big amout if them Came off

Didn't like the way the material felt. It doesn't feel as well made as my older Apex jacket.
