Have always had good luck with North Face. got this for my son who lives in NY. He loves the fit, he is tall and thin, Great jacket for school and work, as well as hanging out with his friends!!

When I received the coat the logo was upsidedown inside the coat. Obviously a manufacturer problem.

Overall the jacket is really good and warm, but it was very heavy to carry around. That was the only flaw I saw with this jacket.

This coat was very warm and comfortable. It was returned, however, because the overall fit was too baggy--particularly the sleeves.

I like the jacket but the size is a bit off for me. the mediums too small and the larges too big. I generally fit into a large but the sleeves and body on this jacket were huge

I picket the climbing ivy green as the color of my jacket and was very disappointed that it didn't look like that in person. In the picture TNF has, it shows the jacket as a heather, darker green and that is one of the reasons i chose to buy the jacket in that color. When it arrived i was sad to see that it is a forrest green with no heather. I decided to keep it instead of returning it because it has been raining quite a bit here in California and i needed the water proof feature and returning it seemed like a bit of a hassle at the time. The zippers are also a bit faulty and get stuck from time to time. Apart from that, the jacket it very nice and lightweight yet keeps me very warm. Its a very wonderful jacket, very bummed about the color though.

Okay jacket. Preferred to use as a rain jacket because of the warm fuzzy inside. Regular northface rain jackets are freezing inside, this one was warm. Really puffy jacket though. One of my pet peeves. If your with me this jacket is a no for you, I like the regular fit on normal Rain jackets by northface.

The jacket itself was very nice and comfortable but I ended up returning it because the hood opening was way too small when the jacket was fully zipped. It was almost choking me, and definitely would not work if skiing with a helmet. If it weren't for that, it would have been perfect.

I know the North Face brand carries a lot of trust with consumers (and that people are willing to pay a premium for the quality) but I wasn't at all impressed with this jacket. Ordered it for my guy in a size medium. Not only was it large, but it was just a glorified fleece jacket. For the price, I don't think this jacket carries it's weight. Sent it back with no regrets.

Honestly it's an awesome jacket. I want to totally love it but the sleeves are just too short and it restricts my movement. Fix that and it's perfect. I got the large and tried the XL as well but both sleeves were a little too short on both. I bought the large and will just live with the shorter sleeves because I like the jacket so much. I am 6'2" 200 lbs athletic build.

The jacket was really nice, but the green color was too bright. We exchanged it for an all black jacket with grey on the inside. I would definitely buy this jacket again in a better color.

Growing up as a kid my father had a Woolrich Hunting jacket. He still has the same jacket today! I bought a North Face rain jacket 3 years ago in Colorado, the inside fell apart, they replaced it with a similar jacket (OK) This latest purchase of a winter jacket is a complete joke. " It's sad when a "Big Name Co such as The North Face cannot manufacture a thick durable warm winter jacket for around $200!!! Very sad!!!!!!

This is a nice rain slicker. It is good until 40 degrees. Than it is far too thin to be effective. I personally thought it would be a good winter coat, and boy was I mistaken!
