This may be the finest jacket I've ever owned. It fits great and I really appreciate the removable hood. But I still can't get my brain around how something this light can be so warm, even in windy conditions. Worth every penny.

I purchased this coat for my son who lives in Seattle. He needed a lined (warmer) raincoat and this fits the bill.

My son was shocked I bought him this coat, because of the price....I don't usually spend a lot, but something like this was a great gift!

Jacket is stylish and comfortable. Keeps you warm on anyday but great for windy days.

This is an amazing rain jacket that dries off really fast and totally windproof. For a light weight, insulated jacket it is really warm and can't be beat. It's my everyday go to jacket. If it gets really cold I can always wear a sweatshirt underneath. When sub-freezing temps come in I go to my McMurdo Parka for the extra length and warmth. I love this jacket and all of my North Face products. If you want quality you have to pay for it. I've learned my lesson. Buy a quality product first. Don't settle for less. I'm now a North Face fan for life!

I bought this jacket for my boyfriend who needed an all purpose jacket, one that he could wear going out to a casual dinner or tailgating at a football game, and one that he could wear with his slacks and tie to work when it's raining. This jacket was perfect!! It keeps him warm, it protects his clothes from the rain and he gets so much use out of it!!

My son uses this jacket to school to keep him warm. He takes the train and walks daily wanted something that would help with the cold

I bought this jacket for my 16 year old son to keep him warm during our exceptionally cold Wisconsin winters. He loves the style and has stated that it keeps him warmer than any jacket he has ever had. He is able to move well while skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc. I highly recommend this jacket for style, comfort and warmth.

Right when you put it on you can already feel your body getting warm. It does a great job insulating. After getting out of the rain all I had to do was shake it and it was dry again. Great winter jacket.

I have several Northface products, jackets, gloves, hats and love all of them. Good quality materials and construction, stylish and functional. I needed a light weight, medium insulated jacket that would provide plenty of warmth on most cool days as well as rain protection. I didn't want a big bulky coat that was too hot to wear in the car. This one is perfect. Light weight warmth with a smart look. I like the fleece on the inside body and the fact that the fleece is not on the sleeves, which makes putting on and taking off of the jacket more difficult. I bought a plenty big size but it runs a little small in the body and a little short on the sleeves, so buy a half size bigger. Love the jacket, works great!
