I love uggs! I had to replace my ~25 year old classic talls so first ordered them in size 7 which is what I had before. They were too small. The leg was way too tight. I returned them for size 8. These fit in the foot but the leg was still too tight, even over a bare leg and I am not a heavy person. I returned them for classic short in size 8. They are very comfortable but I miss the added warmth of the talls!

Top rim of boot right and narrow, ridge of leather seam at foot top (oddly) too tight, and color of boot darker than expected. I bought this pair to replace an older pair of what should have been the same boot. The pair I received from Zappos totally appeared a knock-off both in appearance and in fit/feel. It was like I received a pair from Walmart...

It’s so hard to put these boots on! I have high arches, but never had a problem where I couldn’t even put the shoes on. Once I struggle in, they’re comfortable, but it’s too much of a hassle. I really wanted it to work, but they’re going back.

These are so much smaller and tighter than the classic short Ugg. :(

Loved the old classic tall. The classic tall II are VERY tight around the calf. I do not have big calves but still can’t wear these. Will return

These did not fit like the classic original style. I was tremendously disappointed. They were so much narrower in width and not very comfortable at all. The original classic style was a dream to wear and were just so "comfy." I had to return these as the shoe, and especially the toe box, were just too narrow. I thought about ordering a size up, but I didn't feel that it would help the width. I tried so hard to find a new pair of the original classic style after returning these, but only can find the Classic Tall ll.

I bought these in the gray color in December of 2020 and when they arrived I loved them. I was a little skeptical after reading reviews claiming that some could be fake so I did my research and they checked out every tag and hologram was exactly like it should be fir authentic Ugg's. So I started to live in them and have not worn them outside much just around the house. The fur inside did not seem as thick as I would have liked but they were comfortable that is what made me question the authenticity of them. ( the thin fur inside) Two months of wearing them and they are starting to unravel and split at the seam. I am going to call Zappos and start a return and replacement. For as much as you spend on these they should last a lot longer than 3 months. Also i noticed that they have a foot smell and my old Ugg's never had any smell no matter how long I wore them without socks. So I have a love hate relationship with these Ugg's. Also they kinda run a bit large about a half a size. The water proofing is nice tho and if they get a bit discolored just brush them with a nice softe bristle brush and they turn out like new again.

What happened to classic tall??? They are so narrow you can't tuck in jeans or jeggings. Why spend $200 to wear workout pants or cheap leggings?

What in the world has happened to Ugg! The interior lining no longer feels like real sheepskin. They feel and look cheap. I’ve owned about 12-14 pairs of ugg boots, shoes and slippers. Something is very off with this new ugg pure. The product description doesn’t state that the fake ugg pure is being used instead of real sheep wool lining. So disappointing.
