I use the product out in the snow in wet conditions and to walk through the slush and keep me warm in the winter. It has great traction for no slipping on slush. Maybe could use a little better traction. Very water resistant and soft. Would like softer fur on the inside. Felt a full size too small. Too skinny in the bootleg

I'm actually shocked by the quality. I finally replaced my old Uggs and I genuinely thought I received a fake. The fur is so thin, it looks fake and it feels rough. Tried it on and it's super uncomfortable. The footbed is so rigid, nothing like the cloud-like feel of the old ones. Even the compacted fur of my old Uggs feel better than this.

Boots arrived looking normal. When I tried them on, one boot was WAY thinner than the other and they looked different. Went to the UGG store to exchange for another pair of the exact same boots. Once I got home and wore them, I noticed one of the boots' toe are had an ugly seam that caused the boot to have an indent throughout the entire top of the foot. Went BACK to the UGG store to exchange them once again only to find that EVERY PAIR had this exact issue. They all either have faulty seams on the toe, or are inconsistent in thickness/ thinness of the boot. So disappointed. I don't know why the quality of these boots has gotten so bad. They used to be perfect.

These boots are expensive and already coming apart after less than a month of wear. I've always worn bear claws and those are a lot more sturdy (and much more affordable) but I figured I would splurge this year to see if I liked uggs more. This was my first pair and I am disappointed.

My boots are slowly making their way back from south africa to the US after recieving them and opening the box to see a hole on the back of the boot along the stitching line. :( i was looking forward to these, and had been saving for them for years. but it wasnt meant to be.

These were the boots I wanted, unfortunately, I have bigger calves and the boots were so tight, I could feel my leg losing circulation. Not a good experience. They should also make boots for plus size people.

The black suede on the right boot had 2 white scrape marks near the toe area which could not be removed by brushing suede back and forth. The left boot had white marks on the leg area. The inside sherpa was very thin and rough to touch.

The color on these boots appear to have a faded look instead of that true brown chestnut color that the older had.

I recently ordered the chestnut tall after 10 years of not owning any they are higher in price and not the same quality. Back in the day they used to be a richer tan color and the feel was more plush. I wore them a week and my threads are already unraveling. I'm so disappointed .

When my daughter received the box at the post office it was clear it had been tampered with , the boots inside were clearly knock offs. They did not have a trademark sign next to the name on the tag, the fur inside was a cheap synthetic product and the sole was cheaply made. We have sent this item back , we are super disappointed and don't know how this would happen when we ordered directly from the official UGG website. I will not buy from the website again.

I have several pairs of UGGs. I needed to replace my classic tall boots so my mom bought me a pair for my birthday. I was really disappointed to find that the inside is different. The lining is more scratchy and isn't the soft plush lining they used to be. The last pair I bought in 2014 was the last time the lining was the way they used to be. Such a shame that they changed a good thing. I won't buy these again.

I use them for walking in the snow or over the sludge on a path in the winter. I like how warm and soft they are. I did prefer the softer sheepskin to the shorter not as soft sheepskin fur on the inside in the classic II boots. Too skinny in the legs and perhaps too narrow in the foot

Though these Classic UGG Boots seem to be a different chestnut color than my previous pair, I still like them. They're very comfortable and so warm, that I don't have to wear socks with them!

I would buy these again and again!!!!!

I love the color. It says I. The closet with black, gray and purple. It all I wear in the winter. Keeps my cold feet toasty warm.

I have been getting UGG boots since I was 16 and I am currently 37 so it's safe to say these are my favorite boots in the whole wide world, will never ever disappoint..

Looks good. Is comfortable and fits well.
