I purchased a pair that were defected and they sent me back a pair that has white fur on the inside and is way too wide for my foot. Very dissappointed.

I had initially received the original classic tall In the first series but decided to exchange them for the classic 2. I just wanted a boot that was stain resistant due to the fact tat our weather is so unpredictable. I put my boot on and heard a big rip! The boot had ripped at the seam. I am extremely disappointed. In the 10 plus years I have been purchasing Ugg boots I've NEVER had this happen. Hopefully I can return with no problem.

You should mention that the Classic II calf is much tighter than the Classic was. Returned for refund. Will not purchase UGG ever again.

Normally I've never had an issue with uggs boots but this pair got a small hole at the side seem after 3 weeks of not a lot of wearing. Definitely disappointing since the cost is so high!

The boots were ordered online and are too small. The outlet near me doesn't exchange so I have to do it through the mail. What a pain. I just need a size larger - is that so hard that the outlet can't do it?

Over the last 5 years I have purchased no less than 3 pairs of this boot. The first purchase was fine, no issues. The second purchase I also used the care kit which was used PROPERLY. The care kit, however, caused one boot to shrivel up from the exterior of the boot foot, it literally caused the outside boot material to shrink into a very tight foot size that was very constricting. It was quite noticeable when looking at the boot. In fact, the shrinkage of the boot foot that occurred caused the toe of the boot to raise up and created a curvature. This shrinkage and curvature hardened and made it nearly impossible to slip my foot into it. Perhaps, I used slightly more spray of the care package than I should have but I doubt it, as both boots received the exact same amount of spraying and were well cared for. I then purchased a second pair. After 6 months of wearing the second pair I tried to treat/care for the boots again and the same thing occurred to ONLY ONE BOOT. I have had two pairs of ugg classic tall boots RUINED and I will never use the care package on these boots again. I was left with 2 pairs of boots one right boot with shrinkage (from the second pair) and the left boot with shrinkage (from the third pair). I then had to wear a left boot and right boot that were actually purchased during two different years to get through the winter. I like the boots but the boot material DOES NOT react well or properly with the care package even after reading all instructions and following them closely. I am now going to purchase for the very last time one more pair and NOT USE any type of spray or treatment on them. There should be a disclaimer on this website regarding the possibly of problems when using the care package.
