I have purchased many (more than 20 pairs) of Uggs for my family and me. This is the FIRST time that I am not happy with my purchase. I love the color (Gray) BUT these boots are so tight around the calf area that I will not be able to wear them. I think quality control missed an issue, as one boot is slightly off from the other. I am only a size 4 jeans, just to give you an idea. I am hopeful that Ugg will replace this pair with minimal hassle.

I have had several pairs of uggs over the years and they are amazing. They have lasted years. I bought the classic tall and the back of the boot had a plastic piece that dug into the back of my foot and made me bleed. I sent them back to replace, I was then told that I would be receiving my store credit in 3-5 business days. I got an email a day later saying they weren't giving me the store credit anymore. Very disappointed that they would go back on their word and not fix the issue. Disappointed in Ugg. They don't stand behind the quality of the product.

The tall classic is to narrow on the leg. It would be nice if would be nice if Uggs made these in a wide calf or made the calf wider. I purchased a pair of black classic about 3 or maybe 4 years ago and the calf width was wider than they are now and I am still able to wear those. Please seriously consider going back to the same width size or make a wide width calf and a regular width calf. Thank you.

The lining is not authentic and there’s little on the foot bed. Sole is hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not like my other UGGS.

I decided to replace my 10 year Uggs and these new tall boots are extremely thin and feel like cardboard. The calf part is tight and the sheepskin feels coarse. I hope they bring the quality of their original tall boot back.

Dear UGG, Please make this boot woth wide calf. Honestly the technology exist. Us plus size calf woman LOVE UGG but can't enjoy the tall boot. Ive been a loyal customer for over a decade. Im just Praying for better.

Disappointed in purchase. I even bought a size up in product. Boot didn't properly fit. So instead of losing additional funds in handling & shipping to send back and pay to resend I gave them away. Seriously doubt I'll make another purchase.

I received my boots and was so excited because its been years since I've been able to afford boots like these when I received my boots opened them up then instantly I noticed how thin they where and the fur inside felt like stiff goat hair and on top of all that they didn't fit around my calf! I even ordered a size up It was a sad day to say the least

Shaft is too narrow! I found the preloaded reviews on this item to be misleading. One of the top reviews had a photo and said the shaft of this boot was too big. I (and MANY others, I found, after doing a keyword search of these reviews) experienced the exact opposite. The shaft of the boot is SO narrow that I can barely fit workout leggings in them. Supremely disappointed and will be returning. These are probably perfect for kids with skinny little legs.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the wool lining on the inside of the boots. The texture is rough and uncomfortable on your skin and feels synthetic.

I ordered 2 of the same boots at different time had to send back twice. They where had defects on both shoes.and I swear they sent the same boot back cuz the defects where in the same place. Will never order again. Need to make better boots before selling them

The UGGS are counterfeit and were shipped USED! They came with no stuffing or cardboard, plus the boots were all scuffed up. Buyer beware! These boots are knock offs and not worth the $200.

Sized down as directed and they fit fine. The shearling and leather on these were so ridiculously thin I am returning them. I own a pair of Kesey by UGG which I love, I have never liked the look of the classic UGG styles but I decided to try them anyway since I've loved the Kesey boots for 3-4 years now, the quality of the Classic Tall II is nowhere near that of my beloved Kesey boots. I wear a 9.5 in the Kesey and ordered these in a 9 and they fit as expected. The shearling flattens to nothing in the Tall II upon trying them on, the sides were noticeably the thin shearling too--this is thinner than any real or faux shearling I've ever experienced at any price point. I just also ordered UGG branded shearling insoles from Zappos to replace the insoles of the Kesey and they were the thick shearling I had expected when I ordered these tall boots.

I purchased this directly from uggs website, Just need it an exchange and its been a nightmare to do so. I end up returning the item and now i just get the run around to get my money back and all they can say is "becouse of covid" . I end up paying $20to return the item back to them
