I don't know if it's always been like this considering this is my first pair ever but I'm so disappointed! I got the tall boot thinking it would be sufficient for warmth as opposed to the short boot but the tall boot scrunches and doesn't fully expand up like other brands do. The sole itself feels cheap and feels like it will rip off from the entire boot itself. Not worth the cost. Upside it is the shoe size is ok for not having 1/2 sizes as an option. Generally a 7 1/2, got a 7

It's very poor quality. I did returned it right away. I have been having tall boot for over 12 years. Last year it started getting a whole and it's getting bigger over time. So it's time to get new one. Unfortunately my new one is very disappointed with the quality. It's could not compare with my previous one at all. Totally poor quality.

I color of the boot that I picked was chestnut and this color is darker than the original color. I don't like

Well ok manager- I'm sure there is someone above you. You're not the CEO or top supervisor. I'm sure. However, It's not just wear and tear they look terrible after a year and I'm using it casually and I'm a teacher! I'm not walking in dirt and it has glue coming out. I also don't wear these in summer !! The reason you guys have such a short warranty and don't stand by your products is cause they're terrible. Everyone online talks about it. I will be letting people know how terrible your shoes and customer service is online. I'm very unhappy and you have no customer service. You also don't stand by your products. I have an old pair from 2003 and it's not perfect but not as ugly and deformed as this one. Do better you guys shoes are horrible and so is your customer service. And you're offering nothing to even make me want to purchase these horrible shoes again. Keep your repair program I'll just throw these in the garbage like my last pair!!!

I was going to return it. But the weather was so cold suddenly. So I will just keep my boots. I don't see the R sign next UGG and my boots looks like used one. It looks like someone wore already. I am not happy with my boots. I check on line for the "R" sign. The product of UGG is not on the R sign now. I am not sure it's real or not.

Don't like the way they feel the fur doesn't feel right

these are such horrible quality! Knock offs have more fur, and are thicker. They looked fake! Especially compared to the uggs I own from a few years ago. Find another brand because ugg stinks now

I am very disappointed. I had my last pair of uggs for over 10 years. This winter I needed a new pair. They don't fit the same! I went by the sizing chart and ordered a size larger than last time. A whole size up and they were visibly narrower than my last pair and too short. Chatting with Help confirmed my suspicions. New manufacturer.

The boot is very tight around my calves. You have to have matchstick legs to wear them. I am returning them.

I ordered burnt Sienna and they sent me black. Yes, I could have exchanged them, but it's quite difficult for me to get to town and I didn't want the hassle.

I was sent a pair of orange Hoka tennis shoes instead of the tall brown Uggs I ordered. Not satisfied!!

Very very disappointed in the quality of these boots! Especially for the price! I received these about 2 weeks ago and one of the boots are fine but the other one barely has any fur lining on the back inside! They won't even stand up on their own! I've owned uggs before and never had a problem but these are by far the worst I've ever seen

Unfortunately UGGS missed the mark on this boot. The material is thinner, therefore it wrinkles and looks funny. The shaft is wider and shorter than last year's tall boot. The lining is very sparse and thin. I'm sorry to say that I will be returning these. Until UGGS improves themselves, I won't be purchasing another pair.

I am completely disappointed in the new fit for the Classic Tall II. I buy a pair every year and have never had a problem, but this year I have not been able to find a pair that fit my calves. They are huge and look ridiculous, they used to fit very nicely and weren't big on my calves but now they look like a toddler wearing her moms boots. I bought three pairs two of which were from the Ugg website and another that was at a high-end department store and they all have the same issue. I had ti return all three pairs :( I am completely bummed and don't like the change that has been made. UGG, MAKE TWO DIFFERENT CALF SIZES, But don't just take large calves into consideration and then leave the rest of us with no option other than looking ridiculous. PS, they didn't even fit or look good with jeans.

They felt flimsy and cheaply made. The fur lining was extremely thin and patchy on the inside. Some parts were nice and thick and other spots were missing fur completely. Had scuff marks across the top of the foot fresh out of the box. Absolutely not worth the money I spent on them

The checkout process was fast and easy .. when my Wife received these boots I wrapped them and gave them to her for Christmas .. when she wore them for first time they looked worn and used .. Horrible experience

My current Uggs of 20 years have seen their last daysI ordered these expecting the same quality and craftsmanship. I was wrong, they were extremely tight in the calf, the shearling inside was minimum at best. They got returned immediately.

Purchased the tall boots in "brown" for my daughter as a Christmas present. She has had ugg boots before and we immediately noticed how different these were. Not only were they extremely tight on her leg where the top stitching is , but also on the stitching around the foot itself. The sheepskin lining also feels coarse and cheap, NOT at all soft like previous purchases. Overall these did not look or feel like the previous boots she came to love and has had for years. Ugg has clearly changed how these are made and it shows. I was excited to have her open her gift and instead we were left with a product that looks like a knockoff version of the real thing.

Beautiful pair of boots. Unfortunately I developed pain in the soles of my feet after having worn them briefly a couple of times. Had to return and am waiting to hear back.

I am a tall girl and for years have loved how the Classic Talls stay snug to my legs. They used to come in the box stuffed with paper so the boots kept their shape. Now they come with flat cardboard that seems to stretch them out. The boots now look slouchy and unattractive. Debating on returning them. The fitted look is gone. I understand many people have big calves, but for those of us who don't, these used to be perfect. Just absolutely gutted as I buy a new pair every two years or so.

I bought two pairs of these boots and thought since they were expensive they would last for years. Surprisingly winter is not over but these boots are done!! They do not stand alone anymore, they were used a couple of times but and they are not black anymore, they look uggly!! I thought the salt from the street of those snowy days had to do with it with the whiteish/greyish appearance they've gotten, so I tried cleaning them up but nothing works. For the price I paid I thought they would be of very good quality but am very disappointed!!
