I have worn and loved Uggs for many years. I finally splurged on the tall and was disappointed when I got them. The footbed was not only nowhere near as comfortable as all of the other Uggs I've had, it oddly felt hard, like I was walking on the floor. In addition, the material didn't feel the same and if I didn't know any different I would have assumed these were a cheap knock-off.

Wore these once in semi cold weather and my feet were cold. The quality doesn’t seem as it used to be. They are going back. I need cold weather boots.

I’m very disappointed after ordering 2 pairs of these and reading the reviews for sizing. I originally had went with the larger size which I usually wear but was way too big. I then ordered a size down which was too snug. I ended up having to keep the snug pair due to a move but unfortunately it is money wasted because they are uncomfortable. I don’t know if the sizes have changed or if it was a fluke with the different pairs but because of this I wouldn’t order again.

Very disappointed with these new style of Uggs. It feels like they have completely changed their sizing. I used to wear my old uggs with socks with no problem but these felt very tight with socks on. I also unfortunately listened to the company’s recommendation to order down if you’re between sizes which is not the case. I am an 8 and a half and the 8 was too small. I needed The size 9. I used to love my Uggs but unfortunately with this new fit I won’t be ordering them anymore.

I am a minimalist shoe wearer and stick to Vibram Five Finger shoes most of the year. However, in the deep winter colder months I do wear sheep skin lined boots in this style due to circulation issues causing me to have very cold feet. I have bought another large name brand version and have worn that pair for a few years. They are the shorties so I wanted to try the tall version of this style in hopes of having more warmth on my legs. Although these fit nicely and I liked not having to tie laces I was sadly disappointed in the lack of sheep skin lining. These were extremely thin in the lining department. My other name brand has resorted to that cut back in lining as well which is why I decided to try this name brand version. I had hoped for $200 I would get a good amount of cushy lining but it was way too thin in my opinion, no cushy feeling at all. After wearing them for a period of time I felt they would pack down to virtually no lining so I shipped them back. After reading MANY reviews on various websites I gather this company has cut back their lining over these past few years, as have others. Sad. They had a good thing going. I would have far rather paid more for thick cushy lining rather than have them cut back on the quality of the product in order to help their bottom line.

I love UGGS and have been wearing them for years now. I bought these Classic Tall II UGGS because they were water and stain resistant. I rarely wear them outside in the weather and take good care of them. Last week I was disappointed to see that a hole is forming on the top, right boot. After spending $200 for these boots less than 5 months ago, I am discouraged. I have had another pair of UGGS for over ten years now, and they are in good shape still. Love the warmth and comfort of these shoes, but don't think I will buy again if they only last a few months.

I wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 based on the recommendation in "customer questions". My Gray Tall II arrived but were too tight across the top of my foot and my toes touched the end. These were so cute, but had to return... My other UGGs (Bailey Tall ) are a 7 and I didn't have this problem. Didn't try an 8 for fear they would be too big as has been the case when ordering 1/2 up in other shoes...

I’m bummed they were tight around calf I thought they would have a little room in the calf can’t tuck in leggings ??
