I ha be always purchased this style, but now they are too tight in the calf. I'm highly disappointed

The length was super long, Just because shoe size is 12 doesn't mean the boot should be to my knees.

I returned the boots because when they arrived they already had wrinkles in them and they felt like someone had already worn them.

They came dirty and looked worn. The packaging was horrible I opened the box and the Ugg's was all over the place. Horrible and I buy Ugg's every year.

Have worn Uggs for 30 yrs. So disappointed the Tall dark brown woman's UGG had a thin synthetic? lining. And UGG tall boots need to be 4 in taller in the leg shaft. Keep the entire calf warm. Thank you

Boots were delivered in broken box with black marks on boots. Extremely unsatisfied with service.

I ordered a pair of Black UGGS and just got it today. The amount of money I paid for these shoes and they look like low-quality boots. It's ridiculous. They have changed the materials. It looks so cheap.

One boot arrived with a slight crease. Would not purchase again

I loved uggs, lived in them when I could still get away with it but I bought a pair of these last around Christmas and with in a few months of wearing them they ripped open almost all the way down the seam.... i was shocked and very sad! I love the sheep skin classic boots but with in the last few years the quality has gone down a lot.... small tears and issues with the seams that used to happen after years of wearing them now happen within a year.... and it's not like I've started hiking in then. I still love their products m, but for the prices (which obviously have increased substantially since my first pair) I just don't feel right buying the classic boots. College me would be so dissapointed

The fur quality is different, the color is different, and not as warm as the original pair of uggs i had bought yeas ago. Very disappointed. Will be returning

I am so disappointed! This is my third pair and these ones were awful. They didn't fit around the calf and they weren't anywhere near as comfortable as my other 2 pairs.

interior looks and feels like very cheap material. it says made in china not in australia this is the third pair of boots and compared to the older ones this looks fake, not real UGG

I did not get the Care Kit with my purchase. When I contacted rep she said she would have a kit sent to me. When it never came I was in touch with customer service again and they said I bought my boots a few hrs too early to get kit. They said I should have gotten boot ornament. So where is it? I have purchased many UGGs over the years. This will be my last pair because of your customer service.

I had the old ugg classic boots in tall so was excited to get the newer version. Unfortunately, these were a big big disappointment. Material much cheaper, much thinner. Also these are narrower in the toe box, not good for my wider feet. Another deal breaker was that the inside seams in the new ones have far less lining so I could feel the seams rub against my foot and ankle. So uncomfortable. Sad.

Let's me clear that this review is strictly for the packaging and condition of my box and boots it's self and not the actual ugg brand in its entirety. My shoes came unboxed and not properly wrapped in the ugg logo paper. When I opened my box, my shoes were outside of the ugg box. I had a bit of dirt on the bottom and back of my boots. I'm pretty disgusted with the way I received my boots and this is unlike ugg. Do better please!

The product is comrtable but it's ripping on the side

I was quite surprised when I received my uggs!! After putting them on I see the quality went all the way down. They're not fluffy anymore which is disappointing because they're brand new. I'm used to them feeling like I'm floating on hair and my feet cocooned in fur. It's not like that anymore. I'm definitely considering returning them. Highly disappointed

These uggs are shorter than the original tall classic uggs. You guys seem to be getting cheaper w your material as well. Not good!

I'm very disappointed in this last purchase of uggs. I've been buying uggs for the last ten year I own probably 8 pairs I wear religiously. I just ordered the chocolate brown tall one and I'm not happy with the quality of the boot. The suede on the outside was very rough in the fur on the inside almost felt fake very disappointing. Uggs are supposed to be very soft and for the price you pay for the band name it should be nothing but quality sheep fur.

So these are marketed as water resistant and stain resistant. Well I wish I would have pre-treated them as I have done in the past. I take very good care of my Ugg's and they always last so well. BUT I did not treat this pair and stepped in dewy grass once and was left with horrible water marks all around the toes of the boots. These should not be listed as water resistant at all. Do yourself a favor and buy the treating kit anyway to avoid stains and water marks. You'll save in the mind run. I wish I had.
