These do not run large at all. I have an old pair of Uggs that are labelled the same size as these but are almost 3/4 inch longer from heel to toe! I would definitely not size down.

Even though I had a problem, I love these shoes. They are listed as water and stain resistant, but my UGGS have unsightly water stains around the toe box. Zappos are awesome and are refunding my purchase price. I am ordering a new pair, but this time I am going to use water and stain repellent spray like I do on all my leather shoes. Please consider doing the same when you get your new UGGS. It is better to play it safe!

Nice shoe but too tight.

I am an Ugg fan. However I had to send my the first pair of this boot back because a tightness over the arch where the leg meets on the top of the foot. Tight too is the circumference of the leg around the calf. Circulation was impaired. I am not a big person. I'm 5'2" weigh 130 lbs... So what's the deal here? It was suggested I exchange for another pair of the same. I did without much difference. I decided to keep the second pair in the hope that I can "break them in". Most times a false statement. It remains to be seen if these boots will indeed be comfortable eventually or if I'm out $200..

Upon opening the Zappos box, which arrived quickly, I had a sinking feeling that I paid a lot of money for a fake pair of boots. Granted, I have not own Uggs before. But the very large, unmarked box, with very little packaging inside, didn't quite live up to my expectations as to what $200 boots should come packaged in. I didn't wear them right away, because I didn't have a good feeling about them. I have worn them maybe about three times now, and some of the stitching is coming undone. Again, not what I expected. But overall, they are comfortable and fit true to size. I just hope I didn't pay for Ugg boots but received something else.
