I was surprised that the shaft and foot of these boots are so narrow. This probably would not affect a slim person. I have similar boots from another well-known maker and they do not run this narrow. The quality is excellent, and I would have rated these boots five stars if they weren't so narrow.

This is the 3rd pair I've purchased in the last 3 yrs. 1st pair was Tall Classic, 2nd pair Tall Bailey Button, both pairs the material was thick & plush. When I received this pair (Tall Classic) I returned due to the material was so extremely thin. Though the return/exchange was hassle free & I received a new pair really quick, the quality is still not that of the 2 pairs I currently have. Not sure I'll purchase again UGG.

As a long time buyer of Classic Tall..SOO disappointed in the Classic II.. why mess with a good thing, anyway? :(

Want to exchange the boot for a different style but having a hard time. Have to return them then buy new ones! Waiting 2 days to hear from quad pay! No phone for them e mail only! Frustrated & disappointed that I can't get this resolved in a timely fashion!

I love UGGs products in general, but unfortunately I always have a hard time finding long or tall boots like this one, because they tend to be too tight, specifically right above the instep and through the leg.

Good boot, crafted well. With the sole was a bit thicker. In water upper gets really wet to easily

These are great, super warm. Only thing is, you cant really wear them when it's wet or salty out!

Same classic style, but unfortunately the quality of this boot has changed drastically. Anyone that has owned a pair of UGG Classic Boots over the last 10 years will notice the changes in quality and make. I gave a 3 star rating because the boots are still comfortable and keep your feet warm, however I would not recommend wearing them for extended periods or in extreme weather as the quality feels more like that of an indoor boot than an outdoor.

I've had the chestnut uggs for 15 years and they still look new. Finally bought black ones but they are so narrow in the foot and calf. I returned for a bigger size and still think they run too tight. I contacted the company asking if they offered wide like they did 15 years ago but no one ever responded.

I bought these boots and they are extremely cute. However, when they get wet they get stained very easily. I tried spraying water resistant stuff on them but they still stain. stay clear of wet weather and they will be perfect!

I love UGG boots these are my second pair my last ones lasting 4 years but the sole has changed to rubber like a jandal/thong/flip flop and so when you come in from the rain you nearly kill yourself on tile floors! So wish they had the solid plastic sole my last pair had :0( Other than this I love them!!!!

I've had a pair of Uggs for over 30 years and the only issue with them are the soles have worn down. Not a huge surprise after tons of use. The new ones I ordered are not as good of quality. I would have kept them except I have a high arch and the seam across the top of the foot is too tight and cut off the circulation to my toes.

They are not as warm as my older pair. They are also lighter

However, the new black classic has the ugg symbol on the back of the boot in black. So it's black on black and you can not see the letters. I tried them on and It looked like I had on a regular 20 dollar pair of boots Bc you could not see the ugg letters. Please make it back white. So I returned mine. Other than that. I love uggs!!

I had a pair of chocolate classic tall boots for 7 years. They were amazing and great quality. My new pair do not seem to be the same great quality. I've only had them for a few weeks and they already look very worn. Wondering what changed??? These boots are very expensive, which I do not mind paying but the quality has really gone down hill and that is disappointing.

The leg was too small for my calf. I have this problem often with tall boots so if you do too these may not fit you either.
