The boots are great. Unfortunately cannot get jeans into the boot, too narrow. Boot should have a wider top to be able to get jeans in

I love these boots they last forever. The fur wasn't as soft as I remembered my last pair being. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and ordered a 7, they were too small. I did an easy exchange online and sending them out today for a 8!

I got my mother the same pair (classic tall black) last year and decided to finally get a pair for myself. Hers are incomparably softer inside.. I reached out to customer service but no one has gotten back to me. I'm not sure how there could be this much of a discrepancy for the same kind and the same brand. I still like them a lot - but would have preferred them to be as soft as I know some of them can be and have had a response from anyone.

I decided to replace my pair from 2012 and the quality has definitely gone down hill. The style is the same but the material overall is much thinner and overall seems cheaper. Not sure if this pair will hold up like my 10 year pair.

Really nice. I got this for my mom for a birthday gift and it was hard for her to fit. returning and exchanging was a very easy process. how ever going up a shoe size made very little difference. slightly disappointed but know I know not to get the tall for my self because I have huge calves!

I've bought a few pairs of Ugg Classic boots before, and was looking forward to this pair replacing an old one that had worn out, but for some reason the seam that goes across the top of the foot was way too tight and did not flex when I walked. It hurt so I had to send these boots back. Otherwise they would have been fine.

Well, sadly, Tall not for us large calf gals.
I was dissatisfied simply because the neck(calf) is extremely narrow. My calves are larger so if you do too they will not work, more like slouching.
Overall, a nice boot but, for the thinnest of calves.

I take a size 7.5 in UGG shoes so bought a size 7 in the boot. They fit perfect but was disappointed in the quality that I had to return them. I LOVE UGG but compared to the UGG Tall Classic, the II is not as soft and feels a bit thinner all around. I understand that they are pre- treated for water resistance, and perhaps this treatment simply makes the finish a little more rough to the feel. However there is just no comparison to the UGG Classic that I'm used to. But I still LOVE UGG.

These boots are warm and although I love them the quality has changed. They're not as fluffy as the first pair I bought and the outer material is thinner. If they returned to the original way this boot was made, I would keep buying them every year.

I'm 9.5 so I went 1/2 size up as it says on your size chart, but boots seem to big. I hate returning things, so I'm just gonna try to deal with it. To bad you don't car 1/2 size.

I bought my first pair of Ugg’s Classic Tall boots over 10 years ago. Through no special effort on my part, these boots are still in excellent condition. I have 2 other pairs that are about 8 years old and they are also in great condition. I decided to get a 4th pair in Dec 2020 because I wanted a different color. The new pair are authentic Ugg’s but they are not the same quality that I’ve come to expect. Within 2 months, the wool lining was starting to come out in huge chunks. The worst spot is on the inside heel of both boots. In that spot, the entire section is bare of wool. The chunks that came off have leather attached. I think this is my last pair. The quality is just not there anymore.

They slipped at the heel when I walked. I also felt that the the size the size guide told me I was was too small. I bought a size up, but they slipped at the heel too. The bigger size felt better except for the slipping that they both had. Returned.

My heel slipped when I walked which I didn’t like. I also felt that my toe was too close to the tip of the shoe in my size. I tried a size 8 and 9, but neither worked. Both slipped at the heel.

I've been wearing Classic Tall Uggs for over 30 years. My last pair finally died (sole came off) after more than 10 years. I have skinny ankles and narrow feet, so I was surprised to find that when I put these on they were cut much more narrow overall and the front seam slightly dug into the top if my foot. I am hoping it was a fluke and am still waiting for my new pair to be delivered.

I saved for 3 years to buy myself these boots. I dreamed of how cute they would be on me and with so many outfits. Unfortunately, they looked nothing liked I pictured, nor do they fit well with my jeans. I tried to return for another cheaper pair of boots with no worries on the price difference and I was told I wouldn't be able to do anything other than exchange for the same different color or size. I'm still unhappy about it.
