Love the style but the color of antelope was more of a baby poop green. I returned them

They feel a lot stiffer and thinner than all my other UGGs and I've been wearing these for so many years... it's all I wear... ever... also a bit bigger than my other size 8 Uggs

Love UGG, order classic Tall in Antilope colour (the back of heel colour is different colour from the boot). I was sent a Sage like colour, that colour wasn't even featured with the other choices when I made purchase. I have to return. The Antilope colour was presented nice, sorry I didn't receive what I ordered.

The quality in all black gives off a cheap quality

The boots shaft is flimsy, and it feels much thinner. Less fur also. Doesn't feel as durable. What happened?

The boots are warm, as always, but they feel cheaply made - eg. the sole does not feel as substantial and some of the "fur" inside is shedding off in a way it never has before. I have been a customer for 30 years.

Too big. Exchanging for a smaller size. FYI: 14 days into the exchange and the only information I've received was the email when I requested the exchange before I sent the boots back two days later. I called in and they said I should have an update in a few days, none yet. No one available on chat or phone. But the boots were exactly what you expect when you buy Uggs. I wish I had just returned them and repurchased separately.

It's super light.. make sure you buy the shoe protection first or it will turn all kind of colors if it gets wet.. nice fit! True to size.. warm

Leg was not wide enough

I want to love these boots but they're just a little too tight. I don't typically wear boots for wide calfs so it hadn't crossed my mind that I'd have trouble with these. I think the issue is that they taper right at the biggest part of the leg. If the boot went a half inch higher, or didn't taper, but had a raw edge, there would be no issue. I still wear them, but they're not my first choice. Otherwise, great boot. Very soft and warm.

I love the color but after doing a little research I would have rather have purchased a pair from one of the Australian companies since Uggs are originally from Australia

I've always worn the Kirsten booties so to purchase the Classic Tall I assumed it would fit similar and they sort of do. The toe on these is very soft which is the difference. I liked that the Kirsten booties had some firmness to them. That said I'm keeping them b/c they fit perfectly. I am sort of confused why the new boots are with blended recyclable materials. I prefer 100% wool and not a mixture. That said the price should also reflect that. I will reconsider future purchases

I've always ordered the Cognac boots for years and this time when I ordered them they were kind of a faded cognac color. That was VERY disappointing. Still great quality but I'm not sure what changed. I chose not to return the boots because I needed them.

I LOVE UGG boots. They are usually perfect when received, but this pair came with a stain on the bottom. I feel like it's a waste of my time to go thru the return process so I kept them. While this does not change my mind about the brand overall, I am disappointed in this purchase. The webpage will not allow me to upload photo.

But I decided to keep them, but these are not the same as the old school classic uggs like I had in the early 2000's that still look pretty good to this day! (Any they've been through a lot!) but the material seems much cheaper and less sturdy I had them less than 2 days before they developed permanent creases, a part of me wishes I'd sent them back, but they are very comfy in true ugg fashion

keeps my feet warm and cosy

I wear thses boots, the tall ones, as soon as I enter my home, all winter long, and have for over 30 years. This new pair has extremely narrow legs. I can't get into them wearing even skin tight pants. The thickness of the wool inside seems uneve , but it's hard to see where it pushes into my bare foot and feels uncomfortable. After so many years of counting on this product for winter happiness, I'm disappointed, and will be looking for a different brand.

Bought a size 8 as I always wear in the tall classic Ugg. They would not fit, WAY TOO SMALL!,,

Still very warm and comfortable...but new fabric attracts lint and hair, like a magnet.

The boots are so incredibly cute, however, it is near impossible to get them on! So I had to return them. They need a bigger opening

I am very disappointed with these boots. I have been wearing uggs for years and was really looking forward to this color. After wearing only a couple of times , my heal tore The whole back of the boot All I can think of is that the leather was defective. However, it was a waste of my money!
