I've had this jacket lee than a month. The puffy part can't be worn separate already, because you have to turn it inside out when it is installed in the shell. The outside of the puffy part is now discolored from sweat and normal body oils. Very poor design, and very disappointing. Overall it is a great quality, but they really dropped the (thermo)ball.

I live in Seattle and purchased this in November 2015 for use in London and Seattle. I wear it in the rainy fall and spring, less in the colder winter and not during the dry summer. When I went to wear it in February 2017, it was no longer waterproof. I washed and waterproofed it and it did not last. I can see through the polyurethane coating in multiple places on the shoulders and back of neck/head. Will soon know if it is returnable or considered normal wear and tear.

This is my 3rd North Face winter jacket and regrettably will be my last. I bought my first jacket over ten years ago and it is still the best one. The second was about the same price but noticeably less quality. This one is more expensive than the previous two but made with cheaper, less quality materials and missing previously included features. I live in the northeast and you need gear that is going to be tough and keeps you warm and dry. This jacket doesn't protect from the elements well. It doesn't ventilate well. It doesn't have as many adjustments as previous models. Most importantly, it doesn't keep you warm in cold weather. North Face has become a lifestyle brand where they were once for legitimate outdoor use. They cut every conceivable corner with their products and still charge a premium. Brands like Marmot or even Columbia are better than what The North Face is now. The quality of my first North Face winter jacket was comparable to brands such as Patagonia or Arc'teryx. I'm disappointed in what they have become.

Both of my zippers on my jacket fell off within a week from each other, within a year of owning the jacket. I understand that there is a warranty but how inconvenient is that I have to send my jacket in the middle of winter to a facility in Georgia for weeks at a time? Instead of faulty zippers and warranties why doesn't North Face focus on quality and customer retention. I should've chosen the pricier Patagonia or Canada Goose to begin with. I will not be purchasing anything else from the North Face again.

"First of all, the reason why I comment here is that there is no official website of The North Face for Turkey" I live in Turkey and bought the thermoball triclimate jacket from a retailer in Turkey. I thought that this jacket was best according to my needs, a kind of jacket that could be used during fall, winther, and spring as triclimate jacket description claims. However, the triclimate jacket does not provide isolation against cold for wheather conditions like 5 degrees celcius and I feel like like freezing when it is -3 degrees celcius even I wear a sweater and a tshirt. So, what is the point of buying this jacket if I would go out wearing like a cabbage? Worst purchase of my life and I wish I could return it. I am a guy resistant to cold wheather conditions*

There is little to no insulation in the arms and sleeves. After 5 minutes in 15 degree weather you are wishing you had bought a better brand.

I purchased this jacket because of Northface's reputation and the great reviews the jacket received. This coat worked wonderfully in the snow and cold. But fails miserable in the rain. I was caught in the rain and ended up soaked to the skin. The inside shell was completely water logged. This coat 's outer shell offered no protection against water. Per the product description, the outer jack shell is waterproof, breathable, seam sealed. In reality, this product is not tri-climate since it offers no protection from water / rain. Very disappointed.
