It's it a true size jacket. No really extra room if you like a baggy jacket. I'm happy with my purchase.

I have used this for snowboarding and just wearing casually. I had a hoodie on underneath when I went snowboarding with it, but I never felt cold. The size really is a perfect fit and works well will most outfits when I want to wear it casually. The biggest difference between most other coats is how thin it is.

Received this as a gift to replace my old North Face winter coat / my old hiking layer system. Super light weight for the warmth took it for a 10 mile hike yesterday and it kept me warm when it dropped to 20 degrees also walked the dogs in 14 degree weather with inner layer and thin tee and felt fine (disclaimer I do run warm usually). The Thermoball isn't as quality as a standard Thermoball jackets more specifically the sleeves but on a budget its fine. The zippers do stick a bit and haven't tested it in the rain yet but for light hikers who don't have a huge budget or someone who doesn't like bulky coats its great.

Bought this for daily winter wear. Looks good and has all the attributes I was looking for in a versatile 3-in-1. Not sure yet how well the thermoball will compare to down once the weather gets really cold, so I may end up getting a down zip in. Glad I have the option, though.

Good Jacket

Great coat for work.

I've always loved TNF jackets, especially the 2-1 models. I'm 5'8", 148lbs and muscular, but even with my body type, the S size still felt a little too big. I called and asked for a XS, but sadly they don't make it... now it's either get it resized at one of the approved shops or keep it as is. Other than the size problem, the jacket is great! Just wished they had a XS :(

Purchased the product for use in cold climate as my son is going to college in Idaho. Seems warm hopefully it will work well for him!

Love the product and the feel of material is really soft and comfortable

The jacket looks nice and protects your from wind and water but it is not very warm. The light weight comes with the cost of not having good isolation.

Overall, jacket looks good, wells good, and does the job. My only complaint is the inside insulation layer fits a little loose while the outer shell is perfect, making me less inclined to wear the insulated layer by itself. This may just be unique to me though.

This is a great durable jacket. 3in1 is a complete option for all types of weather

i usually don;t use umbrella, this jacket's waterproof function can help me to walk on the street without umbrella. but only one thing i don't like on this jacket is the actual color was not the color you saw on the website.

Comfortable

this product is great because the duel jacket system allows for everyday wear and adaptability to quick weather changes. Is water proof and windproof shell is great for the mountain days. the thermoball lining keeps you warm on the mountain and casual and comfortable off the mountain

Warranted my 20 yr old MT light jacket. Purchased this with the gift card. Chose this one because of my experience with 2.5L shell & I don't have any thermoball products yet So not the warmest jacket layered up down to teens was good Used shell for rain hike. Waterproofing was good but breathable not so good lots of condensation. So want to try with no rain on hike see if it breathable have leonidas 2.5L shell and it out performs this shell. So summit series is different construction. Will do more testing. So took one For breathability

Before I bought this jacket, I accidentally purchased a different one and when I called customer service to help me exchange the original one I bought for this one, Paula at customer service was wonderful! She made it super easy for me to exchange! I bought this jacket as a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it and wears it everyday. We live in Chicago and it is perfect for the type of weather we constantly deal with. My boyfriend also wanted a jacket that could keep him warm without the goose down because he is vegan and this jacket fits that category. I would recommend this jacket for very cold weather conditions as well as for anyone who is vegan.

This is my daily commuter jacket. Its warm enough to get me to and from work and when I'm out and about. This is not a low activity winter jacket that will keep you toasty if you aren't moving around. If you're at an outdoor football game or ice fishing without shelter, you're gonna be miserable. That said, this jacket is pretty lightweight and well designed to give you a pretty free range of motion so you can layer up underneath for extra warmth without much restriction.

My everyday go to jacket. Lightweight, comfortable and stylish. Great for wet weather. Just wish it was a little warmer. But all around great jacket!

I bought this jacket to wear in cold and rainy weather. Im in S.C. so it hasn't gotten that cold here yet to see if it will keep me warm.So far it has been good.But I have doubts about it because it is so light weight.

The jacket is the warmest one I've ever had. I received a lot of compliments from the color of my jacket!

Of course the product is a very fine quality. I was just a little surprised at how thin the outer shell was. I returned this jacket for a heavier option that I felt would be more durable in the mountains.

The color is not white--We thought looking at photo it will be uplifting white but it is dulled by "greyishness". Also we wonder how warm it will be due to it is lightness
