I use this jacket for rain, snow, and wind, sometimes all at the same time, and it's very warm

I use it for any weather and it holds up pretty well.

I wore this product for the first time on a trip to Yellowstone. It was amazing how it regulated the temperature from 20 degree weather to comfortably sitting in a 70 degree car. I wore this hiking up to 10,000 ft and it worked great keeping the heat in and the wind off me. Also being light wait it was easy to pack and move around in.

This was exactly what I need, it is lightweight, comfortable, keeps me warm and dry.

Great jacket for all year around super light but keeps I warm. Very stylish and casual which always is a plus. This jacket is one of a kind it has everything your looking for in a 3 in 1 great waterproof and wind proof shell with the inner layer being warm and also waterproof and comfortable

The product qualify was outstanding I get from North Face, I will be campinginf out in the Seattle area and due to the constant rain, I needed something that could keep my dry, also might be heading north to Canada and thus the extra layer of warm is nice :) I am really looking forward to trying no this piece on.

great quality durable

This is an excellent jacket for staying warm and dry on those chilly winter days. I was looking for an synthetic down (PimaLoft) jacket that wasn't overly bulky and stayed true to size. It is made of strong, water-resistant materials, yet comfortably light and close-fitting. The removable ThermoBall insulated jacket is a great bonus, and provides great added value.

I love this jacket for humid/wet afternoons when you know its about to get a bit chilly. The Triclimate functions are incredibly easy to use when you want to switch from one to another.

I think this jacket is fantastic. The fit is perfect. The jacket is very stylish and I love the fact that it can be layered. Great item!

i haven't tested in rain yet. I'm 5'7" 160. Medium was comfy, enough extra room for sweatshirt or sweater underneath. You will need it on colder days. I've worn the thermalball jacket by itself during a cloudy day it was fine. Outer jacket sleeves are typical NF, slightly longer, but I expected that. A plus for this jacket, I can take out the thermalball, and zip in my NF Nuptse 700 down filled jacket. It looks a little puffy, but it sure is warm. The sleeves on outer shell has loops for the buttoned sleeve holders on the Nuptse. Front zipper zips right into the outer shell. So if thermaball is not thick enough, and you have a Nuptse in your closet, you can now wear it in the rain and the Nuptse shouldn't get wet. I have not tried it yet because it hasn't rained yet. Nothing looks worse than a soggy Nuptse

This is one of the best weather conscious jackets I've ever owned. It's like having 3 jackets in 1.

I got this jacket just in time for a trip to Europe during the spring. I wore it 10 out of 10 days I was abroad due to rain, wind, and/or cool temps. When I wasn't wearing it, it was easy to pack and light enough to carry around. Highly recommend this jacket for casual/hiking.

Really like this jacket. It's lightweight, warmer than it looks/feels, and overall a good value when purchased on sale. The Fusebox grey is a bit misleading as its closer to what I would call an olive green but it's still a good color. When fully zipped up, it can be a little restricting as the jacket bumps into my chin. Overall though, the lightweight and warm factor in a New England winter for a Californian is well worth the cons.

Jacket is great for all weather environments

This is a great all-around jacket. I was between this and another 3-1 jacket that had down vs. thermoball. At first, I was a little concerned about the warmth of the Thermoball. But after receiving this jacket, I could not be more happy with the purchase. From Chicago and now in the Northeast, this jacket is versatile, warm, breathable, flexible, and stylish. Would certainly recommend and buy again.

I use this jacket for everyday wear and it fits my daily needs! I have no complaints!

I've had this jacket for a month now and have tested it well. Snowshoeing at -13c I only wore a t-shirt underneath and was warm enough thanks to the inner thermoball layer, then last week it was only -2c but with a strong wind, so I wore a thermal base layer with just the outer shell of the 2-part jacket, and it kept the wind off me and I was very dry. It fits well, is ridiculously warm for such a thin jacket to the point that the first few times I wore it I was hot due to having too many layers of clothing beneath. I look forward to testing the breathability of the outer shell as Spring comes and things warm up a bit, as I love this jacket and want to continue wearing it as long as possible. It is a bit pricey, but a coat like this is an investment, and when you're at the top of a mountain and it's blowing a gale, you will be glad you spent the extra $100.

I love how light weight this jacket is, and it's warm... I've had the jacket about 3 weeks and have had weather to about -18 Celsius, and i has been plenty warm enough. The fit is loose, so there is plenty of room to add a fleece layer if it gets colder (I imagine think will need it once we hit -20 Celsius or colder)
