I have been wearing them on all my ice climbing and ski touring outings this winter. Not too hot, not too cold, good grip on ice tools and good dexterity for ski transitions.

Great glove for zero and above freezing. Long cuff tucks well beneath cuffs. Great for chilly days, driving, or X-Country skiing. Lack of bulk allows them to more easily fit in pockets.

Great glove, they fit large, had to return for a medium.

This is a great breathable and light weight glove. It is not waterproof but dries very quickly. I use it for warmer weather ice climbing and some more technical alpine climbing. Downside of this glove is that it doesn't have a long enough cuff for climbing. When tucked under a jacket, the cuff will slide out when you raise your arm above your head.

Great gloves. I did, however, have to return my initial pair because of the touch sensor that stopped working.

A nice functional and durable pair of light gloves. The leather wraps around more of the fingers than cheaper gloves, resulting in a more durable product.

Great as a "soft-shell" type glove. Like most OR Gloves, the thumb is a little long for me. Otherwise that's my only complaint.

Used for all cool to cold weather activities. They seem really well made, bought a pair previously for my wife, so wanted a pair for myself. Not a deal breaker, but I'm constantly reminded of the long thumbs and go through remorse until I tell myself it's not that big of a deal. It's me, I'm difficult. Ha.

Great all around glove. Warm up to -15/20 degrees C w/o windchill, wouldn't push it past that.

Have been using them on -20C days and it still cuts it (just). But for the dexterity it gives it's totally worth it! Thought the leather palm would be a bit more durable, but to be fair, I took them on a big scramble.

I love the weight and feel of these gloves. Warmer than liners and the maintain enough dexterity to allow me to use my camera with them on. I would have given these 5 stars but the zipper on the gloves is just a waste because the wrist isn't tapered - it's just not needed to put them on or take them off.

Great gloves when you don't need a ton of warmth but want protection from the elements hiking or ski touring. The leather tightens up a bit each time it dries out. But will stretch back in once you warm them up with your hands again.. or sweat

Fingers are too loose/chunky to use with a phone to be called a sensor glove. Nice overall. The cuffs are slightly long.

I bought these in hopes to get something more grippy and durable than my OR Flurry gloves. My Flurry's are a medium and fit just right, but the medium Stormtrackers were slightly too big.

A nice mixed climbing glove. Lots of dexterity and decent warmth in mild temps. Climbs great but tough to zip up.

Wear these for SAR tasks. They fit well and I can use my device while wearing gloves. Could be a bit warmer though.

The Stormtracker Sensor Gloves are my go to glove whether I'm on my bike, hiking, or skating skiing. The warmth they provide is more than one would expect from a glove of this type. Their easy to pull on with the over size loops and feel like heaven on your hands. Their not bulky which means minimal loss of dexterity. They do well in the rain as well and dry fast. The only downside is that if your hands are wet the lining tends to come with your fingers as you take them off, meaning getting into them next time could be a challenge. This can be remedied by pinching the finger tips as you take them off.

These are my second pair. I'll keep coming back, but the soft goat leather palms and fingers shread on sharp Rockies limestone.

Used these as my primary pair of gloves for a mid May climb of Rainier. They performed great, good grip and keep my hands dry. It was particularly warm that weekend, so there was no real need for warmer gloves until we got above 11k. They look and feel like a high quality gloves that will give me many years of use.

I was recommended these for backcountry skiing/mountaineering. I like that they're moderately breathable, can take in a lot of snow/moisture before wetting out, and look good. My hands get cold pretty easily and they're a great midweight option. I've worn these down to about 20F with no issues while staying active. My main issue is with the fit for the thumb and index finger. They're both too long by about half an inch for me. This wasn't an issue until I took a crevasse rescue course and had serious trouble working with knots/carabiners with the gloves. This unfortunately takes it from a minor complaint to big concern. If the tips of your index/middle finger line up this glove will probably work great for you. If not, I'd look elsewhere. Everything else about these gloves is perfect. The 'sensor' aspect was good when they were new, but now my phone screen won't even recognize presses from these gloves. Not a big deal but worth mentioning (and the finger fit issue doesn't help this).

I love Stormtracker gloves and have gone through about half a dozen pairs. It's the perfect glove for moderately cold ice climbing - not too thick, slightly breathable, water resistant, warm until they get wet. I usually bring a couple pairs for a day out. Unfortunately the fit has changed significantly in the past year (Fall 2022). In particular, the thumb is now ridiculously long and has a flap of material that gets caught in carabiners. The pointer finger also seems longer than previous generations. It's really noticeable wearing one of the newer gloves alongside an older model (Fall 2021 and earlier). For what it's worth, there's a similar problem with the Bitterblaze. I was happy simply reordering Stormtrackers when the old ones wore out, but these new models just don't work. Unfortunately I'll be looking for a new climbing glove
