Love these in my pack! Compress down to nothing and are warm as anything I have. Excellent back up mitts.

This is an absolute gem - don't leave home (in winter) without them stashed away in some corner of the pack. Almost weightless, yet warm enough for Disasters...or just comfort.

Great post-hike or ski mittens! Ordered a medium and they feel a touch too big, but they are otherwise fantastic, warm and cozy.

Super warm and comfy! not exactly the same size though. OR will send me an other pair to accommodate.

The mittens are warm. The thumb feels a little short and I am not a fan of the oddly textured, crinkley material on the underside of my fingers

These mitts are very warm however I found they're a little uncomfortable to wear as the liner isn't attached super well to the down layer. I feel like I'm sliding around a lot in there. It's as though if I move my hand too much it gets tangled up and twisted (similar to a down duvet I suppose!). That being said, I purchased these to sit and study caribou on the tundra and they worked well for that! As a lady, I would recommend going a size down that your normal glove size. I think if the fit was tighter there would be less sliding.

I use these as liners in a pair of OR Meteor Mitts. removed the Meteor liner and replaced with these. The sizing is the issue. These down mitts run small. I can't extend my hands out in these mitts - thumb is also too short. The XL I ordered based on the sizing should have fit well. An XXL would fit much better. I am stating my bottom line is I would recommend to a friend, but that they order a size up. NO XXL currently available, which I do not understand

I find that these mitts don't say on...I haven't used them in a liner, by themselves they slip.

My fingers get really cold and I thought getting the down mitts with a one of the liners would solve the problem. I ski a lot and have been out already 12 plus days and these are not keeping my fingers warm at all. So Disappointed because I love OR products. I am back at the drawing board to find warm mitts that won't break the bank.
