New Balance's wide width footwear used to be my go-to. Unfortunately they are now making them narrower. I have returned these shoes weeks ago and still waiting for my refund.

I am willing to put up with ugly but these had the strangest fit. My roommate threw out the box so I couldn't return them and they are unwearable. nB normally fit perfectly. I am very disappointed

These are attractive and well designed and are the second pair I hav returned because the upper lining in the toe box was cut too large and consequently was rumpled and did not leave adequate room for my toes. I returned the first ones and stated the problem as asked for a proper pair and got the same thing again! I regret this as I would like to have this pair of shoes. A manufacturing error which should be corrected.

I dont love this shoe...very uncomfortable. I will purchase another shoe from New Balance.

I had to return these shoes. I am disappointed that I cannot get women's in 4E. I wish there were more available and the inventory disappears so quickly from this store before I have a chance to buy them.

I have a pair of NB 890v.5 in a size 8.5 2E. I ordered these hiking shoes in the same size. When they arrived, I was stunned to see how much smaller they were than my 890's, considering that they were the exact same size from the exact same company. The hiking shoes were 1" shorter in length and 1/2" shorter in width. Needless to say, I had to return them; fortunately, return shipping was free.

Very stiff, heel box too big, no arch support. Not enough cushioning

this is the second pair of these boots that I have bought. I wear them at the barn every day. I am very disappointed in the pair I just bought they are leaking some where. when I walk in some wet grass my feet go wet this has happened more than once. I have tried to contact New Balance and it is just painful to get an answer on these boots. I have sent pictures and all the info they asked for but I am not getting any response back. very disappointed. PLEASE BRING BACK THE LADIES GORTEX BOOT. not right that you only now make in Mens; very unhappy customer

Usually really like NB. This particular show has too small toe box. Orthotic will not fit!!

Very disappointed in sizing. This shoe is shorter and narrower than NB 1540v2 for which I own two pairs. Was hoping NB 1300 would fit the same as the 1540v2 but I was wrong.

They were not wide enough so I had to return them!

Too shallow in the heel, please remake the older version

I have a pair of New Balance size 11 .... these were a 12 .... same length as the 11's.

The inside of the shoe in the toe area was wrinkled and very uncomfortable. I returned the shoes.

The sneaker is really nice however every time I took a step my heel would flop out. I ordered the same exact size as my current NB and it did not fit the same. A bit disappointing.
