Just received this boot for my eldest and it seems to be just what we were looking for. Well constructed North Face boot in a cute design. We haven't had any extreme winter days yet, but I expect it to hold up.

This snow boot is of great quality. It keeps my sons feet warm and dry. We are upstate NY so winters can can be tough here. Love the peace of mind I have when purchasing north face products:

I bought the boots for my grandson. The boots are good quality with soft rubber soles for good grip on snow and have substantial insulation for warmth. The only issue is that they can be a little difficult for kids to get them on by themselves.

Purchased for the cold winters of South Dakota. The boot has did a great job of keep my sons feet warm and dry. The removal liner makes it easy to get the inside of the boot dry once wet. My biggest complaint would be that when my 4 year old son goes to but on the boot, the liner likes to get pushed down. This has made it challenge for him to be independent.

I bought these boots in Green and also Blue for my 5 and 7 year olds. I love the look of the boots. The liner inside sometimes gets pushed down though when my boys put their boots on themselves, which is kind of annoying. Otherwise, they keep their feet dry and warm and are very stylish.

So far these boots are doing what I hoped - keeping my kid's feet warm and being relatively easy to take on and off. We haven't had a snow yet, so those conditions are yet to be tested. I appreciate that the soles do have a little bendability to them, which should help my kid's feet move a little and help keep them warmer and make them easier to move around in. I really wish the soles could be even more flexible.

I bought these for both my boys, in sizes 4 and 6. BOTH of them told me how huge they were! So I put my foot in the size 6 ( I typically wear an 8) and they almost fit me!! Bummed that they had to be returned.

Top of toe box is narrow or had a fold I could not get out. My son said it was rubbing on the top of his foot and was uncomfortable. Otherwise looks like a great boot if it fits nicely.

Insulation is cheap and not secured in place well. Always a hassle to put on/pull off when you're worried that the entire insides of the shoe is coming out with your foot.

Sledding, MT outside fun! My sons feet were freezing after 1 time use. He could not feel his toes. We were only outside sledding 1 hour. Not reccomened for long periodsnof being outside in the cold.

Wonderful experiences with all our TNF gear in the past, but one brand new boot immediately started to get soggy in the sole area. Upper area didn't have water. Snow is here so we are working with the seller for a fast replacement option. I am hopeful this was just a one-off defect and others do not have any similar experience. Without the leaking boot defect, I would go for 5-stars as they appear to be a high quality product.

My 6-year-old loves these boots. They are waterproof and he has never complained of being cold. I really like that the adjustment is a simple bungee cord and there are no laces to get soaked or velcro to get ruined. My biggest complaint is that the liner is not attached to the rest of the boot so unless my kid is slow and careful (two words not associated with any 6-year-olds I know) when putting them on, he smashes the entire liner down into the footbed and then the boots are super uncomfortable. If that issue were fixed, I'd buy a pair of these in every size.

If you have high arches, the removable lining of this boot creates an uncomfortable pressure point on the top of your foot. My daughter complained that they hurt as soon as she put them on. A regular lining (rather than one with a split seam) would solve the problem. Not sure why it was designed this way.
