Great boot. My son went sledding, at night, in minus 5 degree temps. He stayed warm. They do run a bit large but a thick sock made it better and now we have room for growth.

Easy on and off for my son, comfortable and not clunky when walking. Very light for a snow boot but warm!

I am a huge fan of North Face when it comes to boots. I usually buy myself a new pair every other year. This item was for my son, and whereas he did feel they were warm and fit well, they were a bit difficult to put on due to a combination of the lining being too tight (although it is removable), and the laces not loosening enough. My son has very small feet and thin legs, so I feel this might be an even bigger issue for kids with larger of either. In the end, we can get them on (its a bit of a struggle), and they are super warm and comfy, hence the 4 stars.

my son will play outside in the snow for hours in these shoes. great fit, easy on and off. snow will not get in them due to the draw string!

The style of the boot is very nice in person, They fit true to size and my son wears a 12 so I will probably have to order him new ones soon but other than that they are great for snow he just says they are a little uncomfortable on his feet they they smush his toes so he only wears them while outside in the snow.

Shoe feels sturdy, no discomfort wearing them around the house. Will find out for sure since due for a winter storm this weekend! These were actually for myself, an adult female, since I have small feet. Replacing my nearly 10 yr old pair.
