I have worn Clarks shoes for many years and I have always been very happy with them. It is too bad that these did not fit as well as previous pairs, probably due to the changes my feet are going through as I age. The shoes are beautiful, and I am sure given the right feet, they would have fit as perfectly as in previous pairs. I am sorry to see them going back to Zappos.

I had to reorder as I am a AA width and the N were way too tight. This is the only pair of shoes I have ever worn in a B width. The arch support seems non-existent.

I loved the look of the shoe, but there were several problems that made me wonder if they were first quality. The toe box was a little higher that made them more comfortable. Unfortunately, the back area of the shoe did not hold the foot in so with every step your heels were sliding up and down. I wanted a pair of shoes I could wear with skirts. I already have a pair where this happens and I will only wear them with pants. The heel area of shoes today leave too much extra room as my feet are narrower in that spot.

A cute sturdy shoe in a classy metallic leather which is unfortunately going right back to Zappo's because it's far too narrow, despite being sized as an "extra wide" -- nope. I'm sad to give up these sweet shoes, but there's just no way to get my foot in 'em.

These are very cute but they felt small and very narrow. I have a very standard foot and never order anything but an 8 1/2 M. These looked cute on, but my feet were killing me after one short walk around the house! I'm going to try a 9 W and see what I think, but I'm surprised to have this experience with Clarks and in a comfort shoe.

Loved the look of this shoe. Dressy/casual. Quality very nice. I preferred the tan over the dark tan, it was smoother and more polished. On my computer monitor it appears red-ish, but was actually a pretty, medium tan brown. Could not find a size that fit me though. I am normally a 10 medium, but that size was too long. I then tried the 9.5 medium. My longer second toe (Greek foot type) bumped the end, so that was a no-go. Sometimes a 9.5 wide works for me, so hopefully I tried that. The length was perfect, but the shoe was too loose, and the heel slipped. I liked this shoe a lot and wanted it to work, but alas, it did not! If you have a foot that fits Clark's sizes, it would be great. As always, Zappos' returns and customer service are unparalleled.

These would be fine except that there was a scratchy part of the insole at the back of each shoe. It’s like the insole didn’t fit inside the shoe correctly and it was wrinkled and folded to fit, which was scratchy and uncomfortable. I could feel it right away, I knew it would rub my feet and hurt. Had to send back.

The color Navy was so dark it definitely looked black. I needed an obvious navy shoe. Shoe slipped off my heal when worn with nylons, thin socks or no socks. Sorry. Well made and great round toe -- which I need -- but have to go back.

I love the style of this shoe and the quality is great. I have wide feet and a high instep. I could barely get the shoes on. My feet felt very cramped. These will have to go back. I haven’t tried Clarks in a while. I will keep trying.

I have a similar Clark's shoe and I love those, so I thought I'd try these and they were on sale. They are comfortable, leather isn't stiff, I wear a 6.5 wide and they fit. Support is OK, I liked the Velcro closure. I ordered the dark tan color. I would have kept the shoes, but the color was actually dull and more of a taupe than a tan. They simply looked dirty. Back they went.

I have this shoe in another color and love it....had hoped to get some navy ones too. But as in nearly all navy shoes these days the color is so dark it looks black. I tried it on with navy tights and indeed it looked black. So sadly back they went.

Overall, they were fine. But wanted lightweight shoes for travel.

Felt a half size too large, but at the same time, felt too tight across my arch. I do not have high arches. This shoe just fits weird. I could feel the design of the sole of the shoe on the bottom of my foot when I stood int it. The shoe feels flimsy. I like the style, but I am returning it.

This was a shoe that looked cuter in the photos online than it did on my foot, perhaps because I wear an extra-wide shoe and it just didn't look as good in the wide width. I probably would have kept it anyway if it had fit properly, but it was slipping in the heel and I didn't like it well enough to fuss with additional pads or arch supports inside. I bought it in size 7WW, which is my normal size, but ended up returning it. Disappointed!

I really wanted to like these shoes. The cushion was amazing and I could see wearing these all day on vacation, but they were too narrow in the toe box while the heel was plenty wide. Also, the color is very warm for a Pewter. I wouldn’t wear these with gray.

I ordered this shoe in tan. It is so comfortable but it seemed to be mis-sized. I normally wear a 9.5 W but I'm returning for a 9.5 medium. I have trouble getting a shoe that really feels good but this one did. I am re-ordering.

I have very wide feet, normally wear a 10 EE and they fit great in the width, but they slipped in the heel. I tried a size 9 1/2 and they still slipped in the heel. A 9 would have been too short. These shoes are very cute, just didn't work for my foot.

This is a pretty cute shoe, but I'm not sure I’ll keep it. I have a very narrow foot and can’t wear shoes that don’t have a strap. This shoe has decent cushion on the footbed, and my heel doesn’t slip as it does with about 80% of shoes I try on. The toe box is fairly roomy so no problem with cramped toes. However, this one is a little tight around the middle of the shoe where the straps cross. I’ve tried loosing the Velcro and will try them around the house before I decide whether to keep them. I’m looking for shoes for a 3-week trip to Europe, so I need something I can walk in. Not sure this will be the one. At least it’s reasonably priced.

I wanted to love these shoes, but I just didn't. They're made of a firmer, less flexible leather than I expected, the straps didn't lay quite right, the sides gaped oddly when I walked, they weren't completely comfortable, and they don't look as stylish on as they do off. Returned.

Wanted them as a work shoe. Looking for coming on my feet all day long. Something wrong with this pair. Left one felt larger than the right. Everything about them on my feet was wrong. Returned.

Too long and too wide - I could walk right out of them. Lovely color but going back.

I'm a tried and true Clarks fan. I was so sad when this shoe didn't meet my needs at this time. My feet are very swollen due to medical condition and I was hopeful that a wider width would be the solution...but, alas, it was not. I like the style of this shoe and Clarks are a very reliable and well-constructed shoe.

I ordered these in wide and initially thought I must have selected narrow by mistake. Nope, they are marked as wide. If my foot was 1/2 the width that it is I MIGHT be able to get it into this shoe.

If you have bunions I would not recommend these shoes. There is a lot of seaming over the bunion area and just slipping on the right shoe I knew instantly they would really hurt. The color was definitely not silver, which I thought it would be having been called pewter. The picture shows the true color, which I was hoping just reflected wrongly, but, no, they are a goldish color, not pewter at all. In general Clarks are great for fit and comfort, but these had to go back. Thanks, Zappos for your easy returns! I would not order shoes online otherwise.

This was really a cute shoe. I ordered it in blue thinking it would go great with jeans. I have a very high instep (plus my feet swell) and was unable to get the shoe on my foot, despite the adjustable velco strap. I was disappointed and had to return it. I gave it one star for comfort, because I couldn't get it on.
