I was send size 11W instead of size 8.5W. It was very big

These are the most uncomfortable Clarks shoes I have every purchased. Would not recommend for someone with a high arch. Would return them, if I could. They were fine initially and after 15 minutes a misery to wear.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever purchased. I am so disappointed in these "Clarks" shoes! They are truly horrible!

I couldn't wear them they just don't fit or feel well

My feet are long and very narrow, and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find a slim shoe (11AAAA), so I order the narrowest style I can find and hope for the best. Unfortunately, as shoes get longer, they get proportionally wider. If you have a more normal foot, this shoe would probably work for you, but I am sending it back. Thank you, Zappos, for your free shipping and returns. I just had to send a shoe back to another site, and in addition to almost $11 in shipping, I have to pay for the return. It's Zappos for me from now on.

The shoes were what I expected and they came within 3 days. Unbelievable. When I did have a problem in the past the service was very professional and helpful. Very please with Zappos.

I bought these shoes originally several years ago. They fit well and served me well, but it's time for another pair. Although I wasn't pleased about the contrast stitching (a throwback to "olden" days of Clarks), I was glad that they are still being made. I ordered the same size, which didn't quite fit -- they obviously changed the last. Thanks to Zappos wonderful shipping policy, I was able to order two surrounding sizes. Unfortunately NONE of them fit. I don't get it -- obviously the old last sold well, so why mess with success. All went back. Luckily I found Saucony Peregrine X's at Zappos. Totally different style, but incredibly comfortable, and waterproof.

I ordered a 6W, a size that usually fits me very well in a Clarks shoe. I could not get my foot into the shoe. Combination of narrowness and also the front of the shoe was not suited for one with a high instep. Returned never worn.

Had to return these. Ordered in 6W (which usually fit in Clarks) and could not even get my foot into the shoe.

The shoe was not a wide width shoe. The seam on one of the cut outs rubbed my small toe on the right shoe. Had to return

Thought these shoes would work for me, size and width felt good. However, after wearing them around the house, I started to feel every seam and joint pressing on the side and top of my foot. It became painful and I had to return them. If you buy these be sure you give them a good trial by wearing them around the house for a few hours as it was only after a half hour or so that the discomfort started.

Heel is too high

I had previously ordered this shoe and absolutely loved it and wear it all the time, however, the same shoe ordered recently was sized completely different, and the insoles are different with much less support. The shoe appears more cheaply made than my first pair of the same style. I am extremely disappointed in Clarks revised version of this shoe.

Second time i wore foot sliding forward crushing toes and seems to be a lump under one creating extreme soreness on foot bottom.

I normally wear a 9 in Clarks. I can't even get these on my feet. I strongly suspect they were misnamed at the factory and think they are perhaps size 7 or smaller.

I hesitate to write a review because I have vein issues in my legs which causes swollen feet, not the problem with the shoe but with me. Returned for fit but I wish they worked out because they're so cute.

One of my all time favorite shoes. I've had it and it's predecessor in navy and tan caramel color. It stays cool like a sandal but protects my toes which is important for diabetics. They are cute and have been complimented on many times.
