Did not fit my fat feet, even in a wide - not enough depth from top to bottom. Too bad! I liked the style

I returned these shoes because they were too wide for my bony size 11 feet. The back of the heel was also too high and it rubbed on my foot. I ended up buying Sketchers.

I have worn this for years. I have a foot between Med and wide but get the Med width as they get sloppy fast! The quality of the uppers and the finish on the heels do not last like in the old days. I must polish them and the stitches and leather tears after about 3-6 months.

Cute shoe but even with my usual tricks to get shoes to fit, they never felt right. The 10N (my usual size) was too wide----even with socks on and an extra insole. Had to return them.

Comfy but cruddy construction. I loved the way these shoes fit my wide feet and provided ventilation without showing my ugly toes. But after wearing them only two weeks, one of the crossover straps pulled out from the stitching on the right shoe. Not at all the quality I expected from Clarks.

The shoe was marked as narrow but was extremely wide for my foot.

My foot: Size 7.5-8. Narrow'ish heel, wide mid-foot and toe area, and a somewhat low arch that flattens out when I stand. I'm looking for a comfortable walking shoe/ankle boot for traveling to Asia where I'll need to take my shoes on/off a lot. This shoe: Got a size 8 and it was way too long and the heel was too wide. It flops off my foot when I walk. Going back. But my friend tried it and it fit her foot well - so it's all in finding a last that works. Clarks' does not work for me! Going back.

I was so excited when I received these shoes! I couldn't wait to try them on as I have a really hard time finding shoes that are wide enough for my feet. I was disappointed to find that they were not wide enough. I loved the look of the shoe but I couldn't even get my foot into them as my foot is thick from top to bottom as well as wide. I chose Clark's because I know they have a great reputation for making good shoes, but these were sadly disappointing to me. Hopefully they will come out with some wider shoes. Returned for refund.

Loved the style but oh, too wide. My heel came completely out of the shoe. After reading a review that they were true to size or narrow I was very disappointed and had to return them. Heel is WIDE!

I'm so disappointed these don't come in 10.5 size!!! these are way too big with even a second insole. I may try to local store now for sizing. Bummer!

I wanted to love these, really I did. My foot slipped right in, but the shoes are too big. No way to tighten down the straps. Slogging around in shoes too big is never fun or fashionable. I thought maybe I had been sent the wrong size, but no, they are my size, just super-sized. They look like Granny shoes, neither cute nor sassy. So sad.

Really cute shoe. I wanted something for winter, casual, where i could wear nice thick socks. Trouble is, the shoes squeak on tile. really loud.

How is a 9ww too big and sloppy and an 8.5ww tight as helll!!

These shoes were ordered in narrow, but definitely are not. Your shoes should not be labeled "Narrow" if they are not. This is so upsetting.

The shoe was quite uncomportable

My left foot wouldn’t even go into the shoe! It is like it was a totally different size!The right shoe fit, but the strap was a bit too short. Since I couldn’t get the left shoe on my foot, I can’t really speak to fit or support.

My right foot is bigger than my left foot, yet the left shoe is tighter than the right shoe (which fits perfectly). The stitching rubs my toes on the inside of the left shoe when I walk so that I have to take them off after about ten minutes of walking. Evidently I can’t return them because I don’t have the box they came in.

Pros: good look for wearing with casual skirts or slacks, cushioned sole, good arch support, roomy toe box, and the heel is not sloppy. I really wanted to keep these shoes, but for one problem. Con: the upper strap was extremely uncomfortable, feeling like it was cutting into my skin, just wearing them in the house for a bit to ascertain if they were keepers. Nope. I intended to wear them with liners or tights, depending on the weather; neither of those light options would provide adequate protection.

Cute styling is why I ordered these and in the past Clarks had good support but these don't. These are horrible shoes to walk in with no arch support and a flat hard foot bed. They also felt sloppy on my foot and would not be good to walk any distance in.

Uncomfortable, not supportive enough. My foot gets fatigued very quickly in these. Style is good, looks very nice on the foot. Just doesn't do the job.

Not the right shoe for my feet.

I am returning these shoes. Both shoes in tan were stained darker near the end of the toe box. I was not at all impressed when I first opened the box and discovered the imperfection, but I set the shoes aside and then checked back again, only to be as unhappy as before. This is not the usual quality of Clarks shoes although, to be honest, my previous orders of Ashland Spin Q shoes were always in the colors of black or navy. Either this darker staining is an ongoing problem for Ashland Spin Q in tan or it was a fluke that Zappos missed. I hope that Zappos is not recycling merch with the idea that selling something regardless of condition is better than selling nothing at all.

Shoe size said seven but felt like a size eight unfortunately. It's a comfortable shoe and good looking.
