Ordered a 8 Wide, my normal shoe size. As with so many wide shoes, my heel slips. A regular width would not help either would a smaller size. Have to return.

I have to send these back. The shoe out pressure on my bunion and I ordered extra-wide.

They are super comfortable but run large. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 and read that they run large so I ordered an 8.5 but they are still too long and are slipping on my heel instead of gripping it.

Zappos shoes are always great quality. I have a large narrow foot and at the moment I have plantar fasciitis so I wanted to try a larger size to make room for inserts, but they didn’t work out for me.

These shoes run very big. I ordered an 8W and often need and 8 1/2 W. The 8W was way too big! They are super cute so I exchanged them for a 7 1/2 W. Hopefully they’ll fit!

The width of the toe box was great for my wide wide feet. My heel is not wide however but the heel of the shoe is. Unfortunately I have to return them. I wish I didn't.

The size feels right, and the style is cute, but there is practically no padding under the ball of the foot. Unfortunately, I'll need to return these for something I can walk a lot in.

They were very nice shoes, but they did not fit me. I had to return them. They were too narrow.

Too tight at the midfoot maybe the straps too tight there for me.

Loved them at first but they stretched out and the color faded away in a New York minute.

Previous comment about the strap not being long enough is correct. It fits, but if my feet swell, it will not.

Well, I had to return unfortunately. I loved the style but the heel was not form fitting. Kept slipping and I might have been able to fix with a heel insert but I’ve tried that on other shoes and it’s still never quite right. The style is very casually cute but the fit just isn’t there.

Run a bit small and narrow; Arch support is lacking; I added some arch support pads to improve the support. It's a cute shoe that will hopefully be comfortable for my mom.

These shoes are adorable, I loved them but they run very small.

Too small in the toes, even though I have other clarks in same size that do fit well.

They fit real well but didn’t like the way they looked on my feet

It took two wears to realize these just don’t fit well for my feet. Sadly the two wears means I can’t return them. The width is either not wide enough or just barely enough. The part that hurts my feet is that the area across the instep is not big enough and the tops of my feet hurt for hours after I take the shoes off. The high back heel area isn’t helping much in that area either and I have a few abrasion blisters.

I didn’t even try these in, they looked so odd in my hand, the cut outs all the stitching, i thought, what is all this doing? It Isnt creating a more graceful line or a more playful line, it just seems overwrought

I have another pair of these, in the pewter color. I love that pair and the fit is perfect. For some reason, the nonadjustable cross strap on the left shoe of this new pair was too tight, and left a mark on my foot after a few minutes. Also, the color is more of a gray, to me, with ecru stitching. It doesn't look navy, and I held it in different light to make certain. I will return, and try another color in the future. I think the tightness of the one shoe is an anomaly, because my pewter pair fit perfectly, right out of the box.

I normally wear an 8.5 Narrow. This pair of size 8.0 narrow was the right length, but they were too narrow where the leather crosses just behind the ball of the foot. The narrow heel was great. The toes were comfy, but the constriction in the middle was painful.

The length seemed fine, but they were too tight over my instep.

I ordered my size and so disappointed that i have to return them and they arrived a day early and that was awesome. I wanted these so bad.
