Wow, these shoes are so comfortable! Soft & squishy footbed, decent toe-space, no rubbing. I wear them to walk (a mile) to work, and they look nice enough to leave on once I arrive. I'm normally a 7.5 or 8, and I had to go up to the 8.

Very comfortable shoe, lightweight and supportive, though not remarkable in the looks department. However, the color does appear to be wearing off quickly, as (brown) another reviewer pointed out.

Plain Jane, but very comfortable shoe. I was a bit underwhelmed by the look of the shoe -- no really interesting stying details -- and it's almost disconcertingly lightweight. But I often forget I have them on and they are extremely comfortable as others have said. Probably wouldn't have noticed them in a store...

These shoes are very soft and comfy. They are so lightweight that I wonder how long they will last.

In spite of the fact that I really hate manmade materials in shoes, I really wanted to keep these. They are so comfortable! I always wear a 9B, but these were extremely narrow.

They were way to tight! I have several pairs of size 8.5 Clark shoes. Going to exchange them for a 9 wide.

I have wide feet with a high arch and narrow heel. These shoes were wide enough in the toe box and over the arch, but slipped in the heel. I think the material and overall design would have been comfortable if they had fit properly.

I wasn't able to make either a sz 10 or 11 fit. The arch was too much for my flat feet and the back slipped on both sizes. Unfortunately, I will have to return both pair.

I decided to keep these shoes because I had already worn them outside. They are comfortable regarding support but are very hard to put on. You can't slide your feet in, but have to pull them on. They are also very narrow. My feet feel almost numb because of the shoe's tight fit. I'm hoping they will loosen eventually. I usually have great luck with Clarks.

These were very comfortable, but the material wore away in spots in back of heel after a year or so.

The problem I had with this shoe was that the footbed seemed to roll my foot inward. I have never had a problem like that before with any shoe. Also, I have a very high instep/arch, and the top of shoe design comes up well over the top of my arch. Because of my high arch, the top of my foot was being compressed by the top of the shoe and I know from experience that after a while it would hurt and my toes would go numb... Just felt a smidge too small as well, probably not a half size. Didn't look as nice on as I thought it would either.

Style of shoe is nice and it is well constructed. However, the overall fit is a bit tight and the wide width is too narrow.

These shoes looked very nice on my feet, but my heel kept slipping. I am sure they would have caused a blister if I wore them very long. Had to return.

These shoes are very comfortable and fit well right out of the box, but in the way a nice slipper would feel. The foam insole is very soft and comfy, but provides no support and I suspect will flatten out very quickly after a few weeks. I put a pear of orthotics inside, which helped a bit in the support department. I bought the blue and the tan, and both look great. I was hoping they would be my "all-purpose" shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe (i.e., good for heavy-duty walking, day-into-night and even exercising), but I think they fall short as far as walking long distances. I walked 2 miles in them the other day and had sciatica pains the following day. I was also told by the salesperson at Mephisto that Clarks are now designed to last six months. From the look of them, I wouldn't expect them to last longer than that with regular use. So all in all, 3 stars. A comfortable, nice looking and versatile shoe for the money. But if you're looking for a serious walking shoe with serious support, this isn't it.

These shoes gaped a bit---just enough to insure blisters! Aravon makes a pair very similar in style and color but they fit much better. (They're called Faith.) Of course, they're more expensive too......

Nice looking. Unfortunately not wide enough in the toe box for my feet with bunions.

I had tried on a pair of the slide version of this shoe in a local store in a 6B which felt comfortable even though I normally wear a 6 1/2 or even 7m. I wanted a closed back shoe and so ordered a 6D and a 6 1/2D from Zappo's, as I have a slightly wide foot and enjoy plenty of toe room. I couldn't get the 6D on my foot at all, and the 6 1/2 would have worked with a very thin sock but didn't have any too much room. I like how light they feel but ultimately sent both pair back and kept the size 6 1/2B Fitflop F-Sporty Uberknit Sneakers, which are also light but have a wider toe box and better support.

9 narrow was not narrow enough for my heel.

After reading other reviews, I ordered these 1/2 size larger than my normal size. However, the opening is very small and it was a struggle getting them on. Once they were on, they felt like they could be very comfortable, however, they were too long, and felt like they fit wrong for my feet. I don't think going back to my normal size would help either since I wouldn't be able to easily get my foot inside the shoe.

I have very narrow feet, but sometimes certain Clarks styles will fit. This was a little loose in the heel, and too short even though I ordered my usual 8.5. The main thing was the look of the fabric on the top of the shoe - it looked cheap to me, almost like a bedroom shoe. So I'm returning them.

Several other reviews compared these to Skechers and I guess I should have listened, because they have no built-in arch support at all, and to insert any orthotic would require removing the cushioned insole that makes these extra comfy. I pronate, so need good arch and ankle support and these didn't work for me.

I love the look of the shoe but I need more padding on the bottom especially the ball of the foot.
