Very little support in bottom of shoe.

If you have a high arch like I do, you’ll struggle to get your foot into the shoe. Not a comfortable shoe or fit for a high arch foot type. Am returning.

I usually wear a 9.5 or 10. got these in a 10 and still not enough room for my big toe. the toe box is too narrow. oh well, they're cute enough and the bed is comfortable but shape not working for me.

I purchased two pairs, the Navy Nubuck and the Grey Nubuck. If you are looking for a true navy color buy this one. Navy is hard to find. I am returning because they were a 9.5 narrow and both were extremely wide.

Couldn't get them on. even with a shoe horn. had to send back. looked very nice

These were very comfortable once they were on, but the opening to put them on and off was too small for me. The footbed is super soft but still supportive. I almost kept them, but they were just too hard to get on.

I thought it runs small I'm going to try 1/2 bigger

These shoes would fit if they didn't need the cushion insert, too small otherwise and not comfortable with the insert in To bad I'm returning

I saw a lot of great reviews on these shoes. Unfortunately, the wide is not very wide. In addition there is not much room between the top and bottom in the toe area. They looked much cuter in person than in the picture. Maybe ok for someone else, but if you have wide feet, the D will not work.

This shoe looked better on line. Because of reviews, ordered both 9.5 and 10 in navy. The cushioning inside of the shoe felt very comfortable, but the length of the shoe was too short in the 10, which is my larger size. Also the navy was much darker than it looks on line. Both pair of shoes that I received looked like they were black and not navy. Disappointing because I was looking for a casual navy shoe to wear with jeans and pants, but very happy with Zappos' easy returns in this type of situation.

These shoes are almost great. The fit is wonderful but there is no support. They feel like slippers. Even with an orthotic the heel is so soft that it doesn't really support your foot. They're great for work if your job entails walking from car to desk, or even on a neighborhood walk because they're so comfortable, but don't kid yourself that your foot is being supported. The quality of the synthetic has been going down. I ordered this pair to replace a pair of earlier cloud steppers. The synthetic does not wear like leather. It looks nice for a few weeks then it just gets softer. It doesn't stretch like leather, which is a plus because the initial fit is what you get. I sent this pair back even though it was a good fit because the synthetic felt more like suede than leather and I've had bad luck with synthetic that isn't smooth. It tends to stain and it can't be polished. Clarks used to be a great brand. I wish they'd make this shoe, and the whole Cloudstepper line, in smooth leather. I'd buy one in every color if they did.

Great shoe but ordered my size and my toes are at the end of the shoe, Need to order a size up.

I had to return these shoes because the heel is so uncomfortable. It digs into my ankle in a way that most shoes don't. It's a design thing that just doesn't work for my foot. Too bad, because they are so light and otherwise comfortable.

I ordered 9.5 Wide. These shoes looked nice, but they are definitely not wide width. I was barely able to squeeze my foot in with thin socks. Would have liked to keep if they fit properly.

Once again, not wide enough in the toe box. The stitching on the shoe hits both bunions on my left foot. I've tried many styles of Clarks in wide and none fit me properly so I'm done with this brand.

I needed a pair of casual shoes and have had Clarks before. This pair was wider than a Med and it felt short in the toe box. They were soft and appeared to have good support but the fit was not good.

One of the reviewers said these shoes are like walking on clouds. I don't share that opinion. They are okay but not nearly as comfortable as I expected. Normally I love Clarks but these not so much.

These shoes are pretty good looking but the fit around the heel is wobbly. It has heel padding that I suppose someone could find comfortable, but it just irritated my heel, which was slipping around. The combination of the flexible side and the padding made for an insecure fit. After trying two sizes, I returned them.

I think Clarks has changed their sizing. Size 8 in my other Clarks shoes fit me perfectly with a roomy toe box which I need. This pair was short and tight. I had to return them. This is the second pair of Clarks shoes that I have tried recently that did not fit.

These are comfortable but I bought them in navy and the contrast between the navy and black parts made them look like water shoes. There are too many good looking comfortable shoes for me to keep these.

I ordered these in a 9 wide. The shoe technically fit (true to size), but it was obviously designed as a regular shoe and not wide, so unfortunately it didn't work well on my wide feet. My biggest issue was the bottom part of the shoe, which is clearly a regular width. While the upper is wide and fits the foot, I would be walking on a sole that is too narrow to support it-- my foot was kind of "hanging off" the bottom, which was one of the things I'm trying to avoid by choosing a wide size. The insole is made of cushy foam and not very thick, so these shoes would be very uncomfortable without a custom insole. Although the insoles can be changed out, a thicker insole (which is required) elevates the foot to the point that the toebox is too narrow -- so it's not a very satisfactory solution. The look of the shoes is much like the photos - they're okay, but not going to win a cute shoes contest by any means. Overall, if Clarks wants to sell wide shoes I would suggest designing a sole that fits the wide upper, a slightly larger toebox, and replace the cushy insoles with more substantial insoles that provide arch support and comfort.

I wear and 8.5. This is the first pair of 8.5 shoes I have ever purchased that didn't come close to fitting. I could not even get my foot in the shoe. I compared them to other 8.5 shoes I have and found them to be much shorter. Either they run extremely small or this was a manufacturing issue and it was not really an 8.5. Very light weight. Could not tell comfort as I couldn't get the shoe on.

I felt like this did not have good arch support because the material of the shoe did not hold my foot in. I don't have particularly wide feet. I think Clarks do not fit me well. Also the heel slipped.

i love the look of these shoes being both navy and black. I didn't feel the wide width i order was anything besides fitting like a medium fit. I hate to but I have to sent back.

Looks great, but a poor fit for me. It was not tall enough, and I could not get my foot in until I ordered a half size larger. Even then, it was tight over the top of my foot. For some reason, the shoe forced my foot to roll inwards a little.
