I bought a pair of this style in brown and black. The black pair were too tight across the top of my foot and my toes were touching the tip of the shoe. I'm not sure why the size varies as much between the colors, but I'm returning the black pair. As for the brown pair, I like the shoe a lot. It's comfy and looks good enough for my work slacks.

Not the most attractive but wanted this shoe for a "utility" shoe for every day wear at home and it fit the bill. Have worn Clarks a long time and usually fit well. This shoe would have been great, but the right shoe was shorter than the left (obvious) and so didn't fit. Had to return.

This shoe is cute - with pants over them, almost looks like a boot. Comfortable. I got a wide rather than my usual double wide - and they fit well, just harder to get on. Only one negative - you'll need a shoe horn because the back is so soft it folds down and is so hard to get on....you can't wiggle your foot and press - so you need to bend down and place something at the heel to get them on.

Cute shoe but runs small. I ordered a half size up and wide, but still too snug.

I had to send these back twice to get close to my size. I normally wear a 71/2’ but after reading the reviews I decided to purchase an 8. I couldn’t get my foot into it. After going up one size and to a wider width, they were much too large on me. So back I went to an 8. I purchased it in wide this time. They’re big, but with socks I’m hoping they will work for me. I love the style and grey color.

I really love these shoes. Alas, the left foot shoe was seemingly smaller than the right.

I ended up returning these after trying a couple sizes. It's a very fitted shoe. With 9.5w, I could not really fit a pair of socks into it and at 10w with socks they were way too big and coming off the heel when I walked. Very comfortable and well made, but they also run narrow!! I have never needed to order a wide before. I tried the medium/regular at first and that was really snug. I also had the feeling that the points that stick up at the back of the shoe would bother me after a while.

These are adorable shoes, just a little narrow for use with socks. If you prefer to not wear socks, get your regular size. If you like socks, size up or out.

The shoes were very nice looking, very sleek for a casual shoe, but unfortunately, they were too tight over the arch/throat because I have a high arch, and the left shoe was every so slightly too short, enough to be annoying. I hated to, but it was necessary to return the shoes because of the discomfort.

I've only worn the shoes a few times but the Clark's Sillian Paz Were comfortable from the beginning. I have a wide foot but narrow heel. Many wide shoes slip off my heels. These stay on due to the elastic sides which really isn't noticeable from the front. As other reviewers have noted they are presentable but I would not call them high fashion. But if comfort is your overiding concern these are worth considering.

With dark socks, these shoes go well with legging and are crazy comfortable, so I have them in navy, black and brown, size 9.5W. The fit was great for all of them. I actually wore out the navy pair and ordered a second pair in navy after Zappos had been sold out for a while. in January 2018 after they became available so I ordered my usual 9.5W. This time, the shoe was uncomfortably tight even with thin stockings after half a dozen wears. Finally gave in and ordered them in 10W. These are okay but still not as comfortable as all the others, so I think in the re-order, at least for the navy blue version, the sizing shrank. P.S. I NEVER buy the same shoe in different colors and rarely order the same shoe twice, so don't get me wrong: these shoes are terrific. Worth the hassle.

Just received these shoes in my usual size and width. They run a bit tight. The padding on the sole of the foot is nice.

Shoe is very reasonably priced and very comfortbale. Shoe box is nice size, but still a little snug for me as I have born spurs in between some toes. I still recommend as long as no toe problems.

I am often disappointed when purchasing online as I wear orthotics and even with a removable insole, shoe fit can be a problem. These fit beautifully -- I got them this morning and have been wearing them all day. My only quibble is that I wish these were offered in leather. I would be happy to pay more for these if they came in real leather.

Liked these, felt like wearing slippers. Order normal Size 8 and were to small.

So frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered the boots in this style in a 7 1/2 but returned because they rubbed my ankle badly, but loved the feel of them. I ordered these in the same size and they are way to small! I literally have one foot that is 1/2 size smaller than the other so have to fit the larger foot. I can't decide if I should order an 8 (which I have never worn in any shoe!) or order another 7 1/2 and hope maybe this particular one is off. Loved the look and feel of them so really wanted them to work out. Thank goodness Zappos is so good with returns!

These shoes were very comfortable at the start, but began to rub on the small toe of my right foot after long wear. I have a wide foot so I don't really blame the shoe, but if you also have a wide foot, know they may rub.

These are super comfortable. I was looking for a pair of slip ones to wear to work with socks, and these will be great. The leather is soft, and the stretch fabric helps the shoe fit to any foot. The profile is slim but they have decent support.

I was looking for a comfortable brown shoe to wear in the fall with jeans. These are very comfortable and very light weight. I did have to get a half size bigger than usual. I just wish the sole was a little bit chunkier and more substantial

These shoes were very soft and comfortable, however even the 12 narrow was too wide for me, especially in the heel. If the heel was narrower, I would like to keep them but I know that they will stretch out even more and provide less support. I am hard to fit and have painful feet. I really appreciate Zappos free returns!

Very comfy underfoot, but no ankle support (the puffy innersole throws off your balance a bit), and it runs small. Color is very deep black and looked a little like a water shoe.

I still haven't made up my mind about this shoe. It's incredibly comfortable right out of the box and true to size. I wear an 8M in almost every brand, including Clarks, and this shoe fits me perfectly. But in person, it looks a bit like an old lady shoe -- not nearly as cool as it looks in the picture or video! I'll probably keep it just because it's so comfortable, but I do wish it was a bit more fashionable.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I bought the first ones to wear on a long trip with a lot of walking. I needed a super comfortable shoe with a large toebox and this style has all that. My first ones were too short and too wide, even though I bought my regular size: 7.5M. So for my second pair, I ordered a half size larger and narrow width and they fit perfectly. I don't understand why there are so many conflicting reviews on this shoe. One person says they are too narrow and another says they are too wide. What's up with that? While I would not call these shoes especially stylish, they are perfect for a traveler. My only complaint is that the materials they used seem very cheezy and I'm afraid they will not last very long. The fabric is thinner than it should be and I'm afraid they will wear out quickly. The one thing I love about these is the removable insole made of something like a Tempurpedic mattress. The insoles really make these shoes perfect for travelers. Unfortunately, Clarks does not sell replacements for these insoles and I think that is a big mistake.

Bought these in blue. They are very comfortable. No color transfer as noted in another review. They have slight arch support but are more comfortable for me with the addition of Dr Scholls inserts. They are light in weight and the fit is fine. I like the toe box is as it is wide enough but on my right foot the fourth toe seems to hit the end of shoe while all the rest and left foot are fine. Not so bad as to say they do not fit but I wish it were a smidge longer. Like that it was available in 10 N as not too many shoes are.

THis is a really cute shoebut the heel material around the ankle is think and it rubs and irritates my heel. If they had designed the heel like their Sillian Blair model, it would be a keeper. But it has to go back.
