Extremely small. I normally wear a 10W and I could not get this shoe on my foot.

These shoes arrived today. They are cut much smaller than marked. I wear a 11WW if I buy an 11. But I also buy 12M if I buy a 12. How about my toes or the front part of my foot would not get into the shoe. I have been buying from Zappoes since 2006 and have bought Clarks many times. I have bought Clarks from their Clarks store in Tennessee while on vacation or while just traveling through. Never have I had this to happen. Like some of the other views.....something has surely changed about their product. These are not leather but are very light and I can tell that if I could fit them they would be very comfortable but I cant wear them. Got to send them back and get a larger size or a different shoe.

A very comfortable shoe but just didn't have the style to make them worth keeping.

I liked the style and look but definitely too small. I usually wear a size 9 and able to put in my orthotics but with these shoes the fit was too tight.

Based on reviews and Clark's overall reputation , I ordered these shoes in a 10 wide Unfortunately they will be returned because they are too narrow. The sole and overall shoe looked narrow when I unpacked it enough so I checked the outside of box to make sure correct size was shipped. I cannot comment on arch support . Overall they seemed to be well made. I usually have to order wide shoes online and hate the hassel of returning them and ordering a different pair.

I ordered my regular size and could not even get the shoe on my foot. No flexibility at all.

I knew when I took the shoe out of the box that it wasn't a wide width even tho it was marked wide. Could not even get my foot in the shoe. What happened to Clark's width? I have some of their wide width shoes and they fit fine. Was so disappointed as I was looking foreword to wearing these. Had to return.

My heels kept slipping out.

I wear a 6.5 M & bought that size. I intended to wear these with sock but even without socks these were way too small. Arch support seemed good but I can't really judge as I was not able to walk in these. I have purchased Clarks for more than 20 years & the fit has always been consistent. These were so small I even checked the size inside the shoe to make sure it was the size I ordered. I may or may not order a larger size as the shoes seemed very comfy. Just don't want to have to send another pair back, though.

The heel area of these shoes is so soft, that they are impossible to get on without a shoehorn. Not doing that, so they're going back.

I didn't return these although they are extremely tight fitting. Like the style and hope they could stretch. They haven't so far.

I could not even get these shoes all the way on my feet! They are marked as 8.5 wide bit felt like a 7! I'm tempted to try them again because my toe felt the very comfortable bottoms but I think I will wait for winter.

The navy pair I ordered in the same size and style were fine. This pair had a very small left shoe.

I've worn clarks for years, always a 9m. These were too small and narrow. When I took the memory foam insert out they fit better. I tried to replace with an insert from another pair of 9m clarks - it was too large for the shoe too. Ugh, thank goodness Zappos has great customer service with returns!! Thank you!
