I was attracted to these boots because they were the first pair I had found that had a sporty and slender look. However, when I received them they had this rough uneven flakey look to the boot. I understand they might have chose to design the boot in that way so it can hold a "weathered" or "worn" look but it did not feel like a quality boot. The sole had this plastic piece underneath the cushion and the back rubbed against both my heels from just walking around my house. I wish these were better made, they have a very cute look, but I would recommend to purchase a boot of better quality and more worth your money. Ultimately, I ended up returning this pair and doing a bit more of research.

These boots are adorable! However, I hadn't realized that PU treated leather was not actually leather...the outer material has a rough texture that feels like it will crack. Sadly, because I worry that they won't withstand travel and extensive wear, I am returning these!

I was super excited to purchase these boots for a trip to Ireland. Although they are comfortable on my feet they are stiff, its going to take some time to break them in. The "leather" looks very fake. I'm having a hard time believing they are real leather. That alone is a real disappointment for me for a north face product.

These boots are very light and comfortable but the texture on the leather is odd. Since they fit great, I am exchanging them for the suede model.

These boots were super cute but I unfortunately had to return them because the right foot felt way tighter and small than left and it dug into my ankle really hard. They're also prettt stiff and not much cushion.

I found these boots online and thought they were perfect for what I was looking for. I never buy shoes online, so I found the nearest store near me and made the trip to try them on. They seemed to be comfortable initially in the store, but it seemed to bother the employee that I was testing them out for so long. I bought them and wore them around the house for a bit to try to break them in. The next day I wore them to work. That's when it went downhill. My right foot was in quite a bit of pain by the end of the day. What was a cute contrasting design on the heel turned into a digging sore point poking unyielding into the bottom of the outside of my ankle with every step and while standing if I was bearing weight on my right foot. The seam where the tongue is attached to the main part of the shoe dug in after a while too (even loosened to the point of slipping on my foot). Overall, I love the aesthetic of this boot. The style is perfect, and the left shoe fit perfectly, but the comfort just wasn't there and that is extremely important for a shoe I plan to wear most of the wet winter. They will definitely be returned.

They are beautiful shoes...but the piece at the heel rubs on my ankle bone. I know it would give me blisters.

I absolutely love this boot, the only problem I have with it is feels to have run way to small. I usually wear an 8 or 7.5 in shoes so I ordered an 8 and after trying them on my feet felt squished and I will have to return them and order an 8.5 or 9. So go at least a half size bigger than your normal shoe size.

While the overall fit was good, I felt that the quality wasn't there. The leather on these boots felt cheap, and for North Face I was surprised. After reading some of the reviews I decided to return them based on the issues with rain/snow.

These boots are perfect, very comfortable and trendy. I would have put 5 stars if I hadn't have a little problem... After having buying them, I come home and put them on (I only tried one foot at the store). I found a half smoked cigarette on one of them! I think it's too bad for such an important brand to have these kind of issues...

These looked way cuter on the site. In person they are kind of blah and don't have the cushion or support I was hoping for at this price.

I bought this based off on the reviews I read. I wanted warmth and comfy for long trips of walking and hiking. It's too stiff. Bought one size larger and still didn't work out.

They look cheap because of the faux leather. I wish I'd known before I purchased these. I wanted long lasting boots. The fake leather is flaking off after 3 months of wear. Very disappointed.

The description for these boots include "transition through the seasons". Be warned, these are dry season boots only! Yes, they have increased traction, but what's the point when they suck the water from right under you? I primed the boots with a moisture resistant spray, but one trek through some melting snow yielded soggy wool socks and wrinkly toesies. Also, when the shoes scuff, it's pretty noticeable. The shoes are cute and comfortable for the most part, this the two stars.

After looking high and low for a pair of cute good quality boots that suited my style O was so excited for these boots. I live the look of them and they are quite comfortable, however the "genuine leather" is terrible quality. It is dried out and no conditioning fixes it. A few light scuffs of the toe on my concrete steps has put permanent scuffs in the leather, which should not happen. Where the leather and felt meet in the inside of the boot is starting the wear, and all along the edges of the boot (ie., the top, where the laces are) are also wearing. I've owned these boots for 10 months, only wore them in spring and fall, so approximately 5 months and I'm so unhappy with them. I'm getting ready to return them to NorthFace and will have to pay an arm and a leg in shipping and package insurance to send it all the way to California just to get my money back brought their 1 year warranty or Lifetime Guarantee. I'm attaching photos of the shoes and what they look like after I've cleaned and polished them.

Cute boots, however once I skipped my foot into it, I immediately felt the seam across the back of the heel. The boots are hardly padded, so the seam just rubbed my heel.

I’ve really gone back and forth as to whether I’ll be returning these. On one hand they are so cute and exactly what Ive been looking for style wise. However the bad reviews are true and they seem to be very poor quality. They are cheap fake pu leather that is dry and crackles every time I take a step, like plastic. I’m not sure if leather conditioner will even work. My husband said without the north face logo he would have thought they came from Target for 40$. I don’t know if they will last going outside in the weather and if they don’t prove to be more hearty than they look I’d probably have to switch into real hiking boots to walk around the woods. They also have no support. If they were cheaper I’d keep them for sure, but I don’t know if I can justify paying 140$ for fake leather. They are cute but should definitely be real leather for the price. Honestly I’m disappointed in north face right now.

Not sure why the sales associate told me these are waterproof. They absolutely aren't. They scuff really easily and after about 3 days on a winter weekend trip they look super beat up.

These shoes look good but being Northface i expected more. They don’t keep my feet warm on cold days and they don’t keep them dry on rainy days.
