Great winter boot. Bought them for a trip to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I've done a few two-hour hikes in them and so far so good. Walked through snow and a little ice. They're keeping my feet warm and they're cute enough to wear out and about, too. I used to live in Colorado and had a different pair of North Face boots—they seem to be a go-to brand for winter stuff for me. Recommend

It's a really cute pair of boots, a little tight in the toes but I think that will loosen as they're worn. The only real con is that while the sides and back of the boots are smooth, at the toes and tongues of the boot the leather is rough and a little cracked.

Great boot! Cute and love the color! A little narrow, but fine after the break in :)

No need to break in. Day one feels super comfortable. Only con is I don't want to get them dirty , because they look so awesome.

I love the shoes. I got a 7 but feels a little too big. They're comfortable. They look stylish. It basically goes with almost every outfit.

These boots are extremely stylish, lightweight, and very comfy. I've gotten compliments on them already. They are great for walking on snow and have a warm lining. They do not have as much traction as I had hoped, even with the icepick temperature sensitive lugs(I nearly slipped and fell in my work parking lot on a tiny ice patch). I am still really happy with my purchase though, and will buy from the north face again in the future.

Definitely love the look of these boots. They are comfy, but with some good socks they'll be even more cozy. The color is great - unique and stylish.

I have not worn them on without shoe inserts, but they feel fine with them! My feet are on the wider side and the width doesn't bother me except for the toe box on one side, but I also wear them with thermo socks.

Great, quality boots! I loved the leather and the lacing on the boots. They did need some breaking in, and extra cushioning with some added insoles would help with comfort. They are lightweight. I loved how stylish they were, but doubled as a great pair of hiking boots. I did ultimately end up sending them back because they were too wide for my super narrow feet. But I wish I could have kept them! I loved the look and feel.

New leather stiff but rubbed conditioner polish on them & now softening & conforming to my foot. Very comfortable. Will be good hiking boots. The lug sole is light weight. Also received positive comments on the look of them.

The only thing I have to complain about is the lack of cushioning and arch support. I bought insoles with arch support, otherwise my feet would be hurting bad. But I like that it's lightweight and fashionable. The leather is soft so it didnt really need any breaking in for me. My feet are just a tad bit wide and it's usually difficult finding shoes that fit well, but I like these boots so far.

I've never had leather boots feel so comfortable right out of the box! Despite the high top these boots are so easy to get on, and it almost feels like they don't even need to get broken in. They definitely seem to work best for casual street wear, but that's exactly what I was looking for so I'm super happy with them.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered these boots because of the mixed reviews, but overall I am very happy with my purchase and am getting a lot of wear out of them. I purchased them in the dark brown color and they are gorgeous - the leather is a little dry as mentioned by other reviewers, but in this color it has no negative impact on the look of the boot. They are really great for cooler weather (not insulated enough for snow imo), and hold up decently well in light rain. That being said, the leather definitely absorbs water rather than repelling it, so I probably wouldn't go stomping through any puddles. Making them truly waterproof would have really added value so it's a bit disappointing that they're not (especially for the price), but it's not a deal breaker for me. My biggest issue with them is the lack of support and cushioning, which seems to be true of most TNF boots. Thankfully I knew this from past experience so I ordered a half size up to leave room for an insert, and that has taken care of the problem. With better insoles and waterproofing they would absolutely be a 5 star boot!

I wore these out on a spring hike and they did not stand up well against the melting snow. My feet were soaked and so were the boots. However, they are very comfortable on the first wear, dried out quickly enough, and look great. Definitely would recommend for dry hikes instead.

Bought these to wear with jeans / casual occasions. Boots are super comfy & true to my usual shoe size. Leather isn't quite as nice as it looked in pics, but the boots still look good!

Wanted some "JEAN" boots that were nice looking without the Hiking/rugged affect. I selected these and they are very nice, I would only change the interior sole to a better cushioned insert, I feel as thought in trying on other brands some are like this and some are more comfortable, I assumed I could purchase an insert and get the same results, as I love the all leathered look. - as leather is a little stiff, but each day wearing they are becoming more comfortable.

These boots are good. I think they're really cute. I just use them walking around campus so nothing really demanding. The aglets on the shoelaces have already either fallen off completely or are well on their way which is unfortunate because I've worn the boots for maybe two weeks time. I also bought some fake leather cleaner (because these are fake leather) which I use once a month. That really makes a difference for me- it takes off salt stains and keeps the boots looking good.

I actually thought these boots were more attractive in person than pictured. They are a nice boot that was a titch tight but seemed to be overall good quality. The sole is a bit chunkier than expected, but if you are planning to wear these outdoors in the winter you will appreciate it.

I just got these and want to love them so bad. But I'm so nervous the Pu leather won't hold up well. It already feels very brittle. They are extremely comfortable (I've just worn them around the house) and I love the versatile style. I still am unsure if I will keep them or return them for a pair of kodiak genuine leather boots (although they are more rugged looking).
