I don't want to really rate this item because I order the wrong size. By fault only

I was disappointed that my timing wasn't better! It went on sale the next week. But considering I probably wore my previous one six years, not a bad investment! Love that it is offered in a true small that fits perfect.

I am a mom of three and this is the perfect jacket for everyday wear. It keeps me warm, it's non-restrictive and is easily cleaned. Urban chic!

I've had it for three years and I love it. The only thing I missed from my previous parka is that the inside if the collar is not in a "warm" fabric, but it's OK. I wanted to buy another in another color but there arent many choices. I remember they used to have it in a dark red/burgundy like color. I wonder if they will have them again in the future.

I bought if as a gift for a young mother who needed a warm coat. She was very excited and loved it because it keeps her warm in the Chicago, IL on those cold days.

As you know I just love this coat it is not only very warm but also very stylish and I feel so classy wearing this coat and I am going to purchase another one in a different color. It was a gift from my husband and now I love him more than before, this coat will do that for you. It is truly the all around coat to have in your wardrobe.

I was very please that you had an XXL size available. People of all sizes and shapes need to stay warm! The fit is very good. It would be great to have more colors and sizes available in all of your products.

I'm actually a city dweller who goes out and about quite a bit. Im tall and wanted my legs kept warm, with a hood for those windy, cold days. When I first got the coat I felt that it was far more flattering than most coats which was important to me because I don't want to constantly look " sporty". This coat in black was quite nice for all the city activities that I go to. I love that it is very soft and light weight. I also like its length. I was skeptical (because it is of rather thin material) that I would not be warm enough. So far, so good in temps 20 degrees. I have not been in subzero temperatures. This coat would not work for me if I were going to wear a blazer underneath, due to the sleeve inserts. One thing to keep in mind is that with the really long coat, the zipper goes pretty much all the way down so there's a bit of a leg restriction if you're getting in and out of SUVs or trucks. BUT that is a trade-off I am willing to have because the coach is not so bulky that I feel like SpongeBob. I am 5'8" tall and weigh around 140. The medium fits me fine although one more inch in the chest would have been welcome. I'm guessing the chest to sized for seek up women? This will pack beautifully because it's lightweight,

I love this coat. I have finally found a puffy coat that fits me. I'm a plus size woman and finding a puffy coat that fits and looks good are really a big find. I have stayed away from these coats for many years, but am so happy to have found this one.

The Best coat ever!!! The price, fit, style, and most of all...It keeps me WARM in the coldest weather.

I bought this coat to wear in cold weather and snow. I live in the upper Northeastern area of the U.S., where it gets very cold in the winter -- bitter, dry cold. We also get heavy snowstorms. The coat is thin and lightweight, so I worried that it would not be warm enough. I was so happy to be wrong! It's warmer than any wool coat I've ever worn, and the thinness and light weight are a huge plus. I love the fact that I can choose whether to button it all the way to the bottom so that I can be extra-warm when I walk but my legs aren't restricted when driving. I bought a size smaller than the site recommended because I like a tight fit, and I'm happy to say that even with bulky sweaters underneath, it fits! My one complaint is that the hood doesn't stay up very well when it's windy out, but that's a small price to pay for such a great coat. And I can wear a hat.

I wear this coat daily in the winter! It's not bulky but still keeps you warm. Highly recommend it!

I have a heavier/thicker down weight jacket that doesn't keep me nearly as warm as this parka. For this style, this is the medium weight parka and it's perfect for everyday activities in the snow and cold. I worried the long length would restrict movement but it doesn't at all. The hood is not bulky but does the job when needed. I'm a size 4/6 in pants and worried about the coat fitting over my hips but I have extra room in that area. I highly recommend this jacket!

I have been wearing the same North Face ski jacket for over a decade and kept putting off purchasing a new jacket. It was still in amazing condition, but being we live in Minnesota it was time to upgrade to something longer. I'd had my eye on this coat for over a year and my husband surprised me with it for Christmas. It is so soft, lightweight and WARM! I have a hard time taking it off because I love it so much!

Love love love this Jacket. This is my very first time writing a review and it is for a good reason. I have lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan for 3 years and now moved to Boston, MA. This jacket is absolutely gorgeous for the Winter. This is my first northface jacket ever and has had me completely blown over. It fits well, compliments your figure and the color range is pretty. I am 5.3", weigh 124 lbs and the size 'small' fits like a dream. I haven't as much as looked at my other jackets since the time I have had this one, which is around 2 weeks now. I have mine in Blue. Have received many compliments already. Would love to purchase the same in another color!
