I purchased this coat specifically for a trip to NYC in January. It was perfect for the rain, wind and cold that we experienced while there. We stood in line for 1.5 hours for a restaurant that our 16 year old guest of honor chose for her birthday. I was the only one who never had to sneak inside a hotel lobby to get warm. I wish the coat had been on my feet. But then, I returned home to NC where just 2 days later, we got 4 inches of snow. Again this coat was perfect for the rain that preceded the snow, then the snow and wind as I walked the dog and spent time outside in the snow. I am so pleased with the performance of this coat and so thrilled that I bought it when I did. The extra length came in handy in NYC and does not impede quick walking at all. I LOVE IT!

I am 5.5 and still chose the longer version. I had the short one but this one was a storm saver these last two weeks I in Boston. Light weight superwarm . It looks like water repellent . Overall this was a keeper vs few coats that I had to return from other brands. I got the black on XL. Thank you it" s more for urban walk and city work usage. The length it" s the best part / keeps you nicely cozy when the temperature is freezing cold.

Awesome coat. Looks thicker in picture but it's super light weight in reality. ALL around protection for warmth.

Perfect size. Feels comfortable event with bulky sweater underneath.

I looked around for super warm long coat that looks good- this is it. I take a train and walk in the city with fierce winds and this helps keep me warm all over. Not 100% wind proof but with underlayer does the job. Super comfy on the train at night.

this is a cozy coat of a fabulous length. the urban navy is a color i would like to paint a room. it is even better on a coat! this is a coat to LIVE IN! the cut, the color. the shape, the weight.

I love this warm and comfy coat. I missed owning a Northface coat or jacket. I believe Northface has exceptional quality and they stand behind their products. I'm definitely ready for a Chicago winter.

I love how long this jacket is. On me, (I am 5'5) the jacket reaches to the middle of my shin.

This jacket is perfect for New England cold weather. It is long enough to protect you. I have the shorter one for over 5 years and still looks new. I believe this one will last as long as the other one. Very well made. Definitely recommend!!!!

I wear my coat most everyday in the winter and love it. Works well for walking the dog as well as business trips.
