I have narrow feet and planter fasciitis. This shoe gives me the support I need plus the heel cushion for plantar fasciitis. Not much of a choice when you need to meet those two requirements. Overall a great shoe. Great fit and very comfortable!

Love the ASICS Gel-Kayano, but it seems as though the toe box is getting shorter and more narrow.

Thank you Asics for a narrow shoe!!!It is so hard to find one that fits true to size. Please do not change this one. Just let us narrow shoes people run, walk, in comfort and not have to look no further.

I am a heavier gal and am a hair stylist so I'm on my feet nonstop and do a lot of walking. I have planar faciitis and hip problems. These shoes have been a dream come true. They alleviate most of my pain and I can work nonstop all day and my hip and feet feel good!!!

I am a physical therapist and had for years evaluated and recommended shoes to my patients who are runners. I had noticed the Kayano's a few years ago were causing a lot of problems in my runners. When I was cruising through Zappos these puppies caught my eye. I decided to give them a shot. I typically am a brooks girl and am a casual runner putting 4-5 miles on a week. I use my shoes minimally for cross training, mostly for plyometrics. These shoes immediately felt amazing. Great support for a neutral foot. They are lighter than typical asics which I love! They have a minimal rise which encourages more of a midfoot to forefoot strike vs a hard heel strike. I easily ran my first mile in them shaving time off my typical splits. Needless to say I'm in love! Thanks Zappos and Asics for these new gems!

I found the Gel-Kayano to be very comfortable and stylish. After reading reviews I ordered a half size larger than my old Aasics and the length is fine. I have a very narrow foot but had to order a medium due to narrow not being available. They fit acceptably but I would have preferred the fit of a narrow. I have many joint and back issues and have found Aasics to be the best of any brand I've tried. I wore them all day the first time I put them on and was very comfortable. My only criticism is that the laces are too long and I have to tie a double knot.

I love these shoes and find them a perfect fit. BUT my feet are rather narrow and definitely not very thick from bottom to top. I expect many people will find these shoes too narrow and to low in the toe box.

This shoe is amazing! It was good last year, but I love the soft and cushy fit this time around! Perfect for those long miles at Disneyland!

Every year the Kayano gets better and better!! I love this new update. They seem way cushier and light than ever before!

Love the Kayanos. Have had many pairs of the years and will continue. Appreciate the size 13s and narrow enough for my AAA feet!
