My first pair of NB were great Now I can't find the same kind These I am returning They are so bulky and hard

I work on concrete floors in four hour shifts. I ordered the same style and size as the last pair I purchased from New Balance website, but this pair is much narrower than the previous pair. Wore them to work and couldn't walk in them after an hour. Won't buy online again.

Had to send them back, ordered 9 1/2 wide, too tight!

I experienced extreme pain on my bunions after being advised from my foot doctor to buy your shoe. Prior to that I did not have any pain I had to return them and the product was a good product. There was no give on the side and you have nothing else except for that shoe for work shoe.

The shoe is used for work, 7 hours of standing and walking. My big toe rubbed against the toe box. I opted for this less expensive style versus the 928. When ordering again will stay with the 928

Runs small I'm a size 5 got a 6 just to be safe and that's all they had. It was still to small to the point where it's was smushing my baby toe, & they refused to give me a refund because I wore them for one shift already

I wear a brace on foot and this shoe is not compatable to it

I work for USPS. THERE IS A HUGE SHOE SHORTAGE NOW. I got these because I liked the old postal shoes so much. It is taking forever for me to break these in. The inner lining faded on the back of one of the shoes and now I have blisters. Bring back the old postal shoe design. They were awesome compared to these.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for years. I loved the grey work non slip shoes. These black one hurt my big toe. And it is not just this pair that I just bought. the last pair hurt my feet the same way. I am disappointed in the quality of the shoes, never had this problem before. Feel like I wasted my money,

No arch or heel support. I worked 8 hours, my feet and legs hurt so bad.

I order and x wide and it is more like a narrow than a wide.

As an RN now with plantar fasciitis I needed a better support in my shoe. These are advertised for walking on concrete but there was very little arch support. I had to return them.

Wore it the first day my foot was swollen and had blisters and had to ice my foot. I ordered my usual size and also ordered extra wide. Not sure why it was such a problem. I have always used new balance my whole life. I actually love new balance but this style was not good for me for some reason.

My issue is not the size. I bought them online and was prepared to possibly have to send them back. My issue is, I sent them back weeks ago and never received a refund. I have reached out to the company several times with no response. Thought maybe a one star review would catch someone's attention. Fingers crossed!

I wear the shoes for work, at home and out shopping. Excited to get a pair that had everything I needed. My toes were cramped and tight in the shoe.

I bought this slip resistant shoe for comfort and reliability. The sole started to come apart after 6 months of daily wear in a culinary jobsite.

I use these shoes for work and I'm on my feet most of the day. These shoes are ridged and by the end of the work day my feet are uncomfortable. Especially the bottom of my feet and top of the big toe.. I have worn them for a couple of weeks hoping to break the shoes in. I've had good fitting New Balance shoes before but I wouldn't recommend this shoe.

The shoe runs small and the shoe wasn't comfortable.

I have 2 pair of New Balance sneakers which work well. I decided to order a new pair for my upccoming European vacation. The new pair in the same style and size did not feel at all as wide as the old pair and pressed on my big toe. I returned the new pair and will be taking the old pair with me. Width is a big issue for me and so I always order the widest possible. I was disappointed these seem to be cut narrower than my two old pairs.

These shoes are so heavy. I wanted some shoes to stand in for work and these are not it. My toes are in pain not too long after wearing them and you can't imagine how I feel by the end of the day.

I heard these shoes ran small so I ordered 1/2 size larger and extra width and they were still to small!
