Pretty bracelet. But I had to send it right back. I could not open the clasp. I broke my nail trying.

For a brand like Kate spade you expect a quality product. It keeps falling off randomly so I hardly wear it and today i lost it completely because it just fell off. Very disappointed... like throwing away $48 :(

The hinge on this beautiful bracelet kept popping open, so I didn't wear it very frequently. I lost it yesterday at the grocery store. I'm so disappointed!

I love this bracelet. I bought two. Unfortunately the clasp opens easily and it fell off many times. Unfortunately within weeks of buying it fell off and I didn't see it and I lost it. I am now afraid to wear the other one. Any ideas? Can you add a chain or clip. ??

I bought this bracelet at the store, it kept falling off because the clasp would detach, so I brought it in and requested a new one. Management was very nice and replaced it right away, but the next one fell off too. I care for my jewelry very well and was disappointed with Kate Spade.
