I have never reviewed anything online before, until now. I wore this bracelet one time and now it's gone. Clasp is not secure. I went online to order another one, read the other reviews and decided against it. This was a gift so I feel terrible telling my boyfriend that I lost it!

I got this as a birthday gift from my boyfriend, I've been eyeing this bracelet for solo long. I noticed that the clasp was lose and it would come off on random times, it wasn't because I pressed on it but it would just come off. I'm so disappointed because the other day it came off and I didn't even notice, Ive looked everywhere for it but I can't seem to find it. I wouldn't recommend this bracelet.

I purchased 5 of these bracelets for myself and daughters. unfortunately the hinges open up, making them truly un useable..We have lost three already. I contacted customer service and received a gift card credit for 3 bracelets.

Unfortunately the stones fell out of this piece only after days of wearing it. I really loved wearing it and wasn't rough with my everyday usage of it, very disappointed the stones fell out.

A stone fell out after I wore it twice.

I love the bracelet but wore it 1 time and several of the stones fell out already. I had planned on buying a couple more but unfortunately I will need to return it.

This was going to be a xmas present. When the ring arrived in the mail, one of the diamond studs was missing. I returned it back to the store for a refund. That is the reason for the one star rating.

it's one size. it did not fit my wrist and i was very disappointed in it. i recommend getting a Kendra Scott cuff bracelet instead

Bought this for a Mother's Day gift for my wife. Two stones have fallen out of the band within a day of wearing it. Haven't had a chance to contact customer care yet. Please respond

I bought this Dec 2019 and I loved it 'cause it looks so dainty. However, I've noticed that the clasp was kind of loose. It's not sturdy. I kept wearing it but by mid-Jan I just noticed it's no longer in my wrist. It fell somewhere.

My experience seems to be the opposite of other reviewers. I can't remove this bracelet. The clasp is incredibly difficult to open, and really hurts your fingers due to the sharp edge and the pressure you have to put on it. My fingers are very sore and it looks like I'm going to bed with this bracelet still on.

My husband bought me this bracelet as part of a Xmas gift. I wore it once and it was gone when I got home. I was prepared to buy a new one to replace it, but then saw the previous reviews and realized that the clasp must have opened up. I called customer service and they did not help me whatsoever. They said since it was purchased in the store I would have to go there and however they wanted to handle the situation was at their discretion. I don't understand why all stores have their own replacement policies. I thought it was one company? I guess not. I'm irritated that the company is of no help whatsoever. We shop at Kate spade a lot; I'm thinking we might change that.

The diamond fell out after two months of purchase. I probably wear it once a week, so the wear is minimal. Very disappointed!

I bought this a year ago and since then it has fallen off so many times I'm to nervous to wear it. Because of it constantly falling off both me and my sister are now missing diamonds

I bought this bracelet over 2 years ago and I lost it the 2nd time I wore it because the clasp came open and I didn't know it. I was gifted this bracelet again and thought for sure th clasp isn't the same as it was 2 years ago and sure enough, they have never bothered to put a different clasp on it that stays closed. Shame on Kate Spadefor selling a defective bracelet.

I was gifted this, I wore it every day and noticed it made blue marks on my arm, and the jewels fell out. I exchanged it (which is only allowed one time.) My new bracelet has now lost a jewel aswell. Not worth buying at all. Would give this 0 stars if I could.
