I love the bangle it really is pretty but it has scuff marks on it when I bought it and it keeps coming unclasped when i'm wearing it. I almost lost it one time because it fell right off my wrist when I was wearing it.

This was my first Kate Spade purchase and, I must say, I am deeply disappointed. Shortly after I purchased this, a stone fell out. In less than 6 months, 4 of them were missing. It's a pretty bracelet but not worth the money. I have not purchased anything from Kate Spade since because I do not trust the quality of their products.

Bought the RoseGold September 2018 and the silver July of this year, in any event I returned both of them and they were replaced due to the stones came out. Within few hours of me receiving my replacement both of them became unhinged and lost another stones. To say the least I brought it back to Kate Spade New York Store and recieved a "Store Credit" for the full amount but no refund. I wish that Kate Spade Design team can manufacture and reproduce it again as they are very beautiful but very very poor quality. At the end of the day Kate Spade Manager and staff in Edmonton AB (WEM) we're gracious enough and very understanding

I bought this bracelet two weeks ago and two of the stones have already fallen out.

So sad that after a few days wearing this stunning bangle the color/coating on it started to peel off & gets worse the more I use it. It's beautiful but for the money you spend it comes off cheap.

Poor design of the clasp on this bracelet. I lost it the first time I wore it.

I ordered this bracelet the end of March, got it out this morning to wear, still in pink pouch that it came in. have not even worn the bracelet yet and apparently didn't look at close enough when it arrived. There are 2 stones missing! They are not in the bag either. Beware, check your bracelet as soon as you get it or Do Not Order at All!!! Seems to be very well made, I have no clasp problem either. Just wish my 30 days were not up for returns!!

I just received this beautiful bangle as a gift from my niece yesterday. She knew I always wanted one of these, and decided to surprise me yesterday with this lovely gift. Went home tried it on, and it was just beautiful and stunning. Until the clasp problem started happening. The clasp stays closed, until it's bumped against something...even if it's bumped against something as a soft cushion or a couch. I was not expecting that and quite disappointed honestly. That should not happen, and it should be made better and stronger. The quality of the bracelet is good in my opinion, but the clasp is absolutely poorly made. I almost wish there was no clasp, and maybe just have different sizes for this particular bangle. I mean who wants to lose an expensive bangle because of a poorly quality made clasp??

It came broken the clasp . And was also shipped separately from my other purchase . Will be returning it and never repurchasing it again! I've purchased the same one in hopes of it not being broken many times. Yet only one has remained in broken out off 5 that I've purchased

I received these as a gift and they're trash. The stones fell out and the clasps never clasped. Unable to return them because of an unclear on store return policy. I've had them for two years and just saw them in my junk jewelry drawer and was reminded of the negative experience.

Just received this as a gift and I agree with one of the other reviews that the clasp does not stay shut. If it is even bumped a little the bracelet will fall off. Never have had this issue with other Kate spades bracelets.

I had received this bracelet before and I absolutely love it and have no problems with it. Then I received a second one for Christmas and it came with a broken clasp. I told costumer service and they nicely delivered me a new one for free which I received today. Unfortunately the clasp on second bracelet is faulty as well. I feel as though these bracelets they've made in the past month have had manufacturing problems because my first one I received works great. I will be returning both bracelets and hopefully will be able to get a refund.

I love the look of the bangle but the hinge is defective. I originally bought the bangle from Macy's but had to return it because it would not stay clasped. I then bought it again directly from Kate Spade and the same thing is occurring. I will not buy on line from Kate Spade again...maybe in person but not sure. The quality is not in line with the pricing.

I bought this a week ago and is already broken , the lock is broken

I loved this bangle so I bought 2 of these, one in black and the other in white enamel. I lost both of them when the clasp came unhinged without my knowledge. I have no idea where I lost them, but they are gone. Don't waste your money on this poorly crafted bangle. I truly believe that Kate Spade should refund my money for the 2 bangles.

I wore this bangle for the first time yesterday and the clasp had unhooked on its on and the bangle fell without me noticing. I did not even have this bangle for more than two days. I am very disappointed in the manufacturing of this product. Its very sad to see a company like Kate Spade manufacture a product so horribly. Save your money guys, don't buy this product.

I bought the same bracelet in rose gold about 2 years ago. I wore It almost everyday First year. I enjoyed it so much I wanted to get a second one in silver. It's been a few weeks now and it has come off at least a hand full of times w contact on hard surface. I never had an issue w the first one. It's not made w the same material poor craftsmanship. This is a beautiful bangle, but the clasp is poorly designed. The bangle would open up randomly and I lost it on the street only a couple of days after purchasing. Would not recommend.

I was so excited to get my bracelet and it was even prettier than expected. Unfortunately the clasp didn't work properly and it fell off the first time I wore it and was lost.

Gave the bracelet to my daughter for the holidays. It was really pretty and she loved it. She wore it right away and noticed that the clasp kept coming undone if it was touched. Fast forward five days and the bracelet fell off her wrist and is gone. :(

don't buy this product because as cute as it is, it will fall off at least 3 times each day. As attached as you'll get to it, you'll lose it and be super bummed.. just like i am right now!

Hinge keeps getting undone on first day of use. Exchanged it for a new one the next day. Same thing with the second one. Was not even on for 30 mins and it already unhinged. Fortunately I noticed it right away and took it off to be returned. I also bought the "Do the twist bracelet" on the same day. At the end of the second day it was gone. Basically the hinges on these bracelets are not good. Unfortunately I couldn't find the other bracelet and therefore can't return. Lost $60 after 2 days of use.
