I bought a few as gifts .. beautiful bracelet. Out of 5 that I bought 4 have been lost. The one I have the clasps keeps opening in which I'm constantly having to check if I still have it on. It's unfortunate that with the amount of complaints they have they have not fixed this issue.

The bracelet is so pretty and had a nice weight however the the diamond stones fall out so easy that you can't even wear it anymore because it looks tacky.

I brought this a few weeks ago and I just recently received it sad to say I'll be returning it. It's to small. I wish that I had known from the beginning that it runs small. I have a Co- worker that has one and I immediately feel in love with it so I couldn't wait to get mines and it's going to have to go back.. :(

It's a beautiful bracelet but the clasp opens up so easy just by placing your hand on the desk or anything else. If you don't keep your eyes on it you can lose it the very first time you wear it out.

I bought this bracelet and I absolutely love it, BUT the clasp. I have to be vigilant that the bracelet did not open up and fall off.

I love this bracelet it's so so pretty but it is way way too small for me doesn't move at all on my wrist like a tiny cuff. Not happy

First off this bracelet is so gorgeous on the wrist, however, I recently bought this bracelet in the NY store and the stones fall out and the clasp unclips. I don't know have managed to fall out but I have maybe 3 of 4 stones left in the bracelet it makes me so sad. :(

I bought this back in November of 2019. It's January 2020 now and noticed one of the diamonds fell out.

I got this for my birthday and what can I say - I loved every single piece of it. But once I put it on i saw that bracelet is falling off, the clasp just opens itself!! I thought "OK, I know I have to take care of it and always watch for it". And I did. Always looking for it, always touching my hand "is it still there??". And it happened. This weekend. I was going to airport, still had it on in Uber. The second I came to security check - I saw it was missing. And I'm not the first. Lot of my friends was complaning for your clasps you guys. So many reviews about jewelry falling off and no conclusions? Dissapointing.

I've bought this bracelet in rose gold twice. The first time I bought it was with my sister for matching sister bracelets and one week later I had lost it since it came unhinged and fell off while I was wearing it. The second one I bought, I managed to wear for 3 days and the third day it fell off while running errands and luckily landed in my purse and I noticed the small bar that is suppose to hold the latch had broken off. Such a beautiful bracelet but I returned it since it never lasted more than a week and was constantly falling off throughout the day.

Bracelet as a gift as a matching friendship bracelet with a friend- I wasn't already wary bc All of my Kate spade gold or Rosegold Fill peels & tarnishes quite quickly -so I'm being very gentle with this one: I've only worn it twice and so far I haven't had a problem with tarnishing yet, but the clasp Unhinges at least once an hour!... you cannot let it touch anything, the clasp is so sensitive that I've almost lost it several time wearing it -it's barely hanging on for its life when I notice!! luckily I've noticed in time but based on other reviews it looks like tons of people are having the same problem, the clasp is just not made with a useful clasp which is just poor designing and unfortunate. Sad, it's pretty, but no worth the paranoia of loosing it and/or having the rose golf peel off shortly.

Very pretty but it kept unhinging and falling off. It fell off at a wedding and I lost it.

Got it for Christmas from my sister. Love the look but after less than a month and only wearing it a few times I noticed one of the stones had fallen off. We returned it to Macy's and now after only a few weeks and wearing it a few times, I noticed today a stone is missing! No excuse. I have had inexpensive costume jewelry hold up better.

I love this bracelet but it has fallen off several times - HORRIBLE DESIGN. I have panicked too many times over this bracelet because I thought I lost it for good, fortunately I would find it by my desk or somewhere in my home. If I lost this someplace outside or during my daily commute on the train - forget it. For the name brand and amount of money I paid for this, this shouldn't happen. I will definitely think twice before wearing this bracelet again. REDESIGN!

This is the first gift my boyfriend ever gave me and it's beautiful and I loved it but it kept falling off and now I lost it. It fell off basically every single time I wore it - the hinge would just randomly open. I didn't want to tell him it was defective and now I don't want to tell him I lost it because it fell off. It's pretty but the hinge is really poor quality. If they haven't fixed it, don't buy this because you will lose it.

Received from my daughter for Christmas and loved it. It was beautiful and I Was so proud to own a Kate spade bracelet! 2 months later the stone fell out! Very disappointed! I found, then lost, the receipt and didn't think the store would replace it, so didn't return it. I wish Kate Spade would replace my bracelet as I barely had any time to wear it.

I got this bracelet as a gift from my aunt, and I absolutely loved it!! Unfortunately the clasp opens itself again and again, without noticing. So It fell off EVERYDAY, and this time I lost it somewhere in the city, so It's gone now. :( So sad.

I bought two of these bracelets...I loved loved them....but the clasp on one of them kept on un clasping...I kept having to close it...and sure enough...I lost one...:(...it must have unclasped while wearing and I didn't notice....I thought about rebuying since I loved so much....but didn't wanna chance of losing another bracket....

Love the look of this bangle but for everyday wear it isn't practical because the clasp comes loose. Mine fell off multiple times and sometimes I would notice but sometimes I would not. I finally lost it one day when it fell off my wrist.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they have skinny wrists. I have average sized wrists but this bracelet is literally for a toddlers arm

I LOVE these bracelets - but the clasps are horrible. Stopped buying them after losing 3 due to a faulty clasp coming undone. Improve quality and then it's worth the purchase.

When I saw this bangle in stores i automatically fell in love with it...but I ended up losing it because the clasp opened up and it fell off my hand. Nice bangle but the clasp was the issue.

Same here...my daughter 'had' this bracelet...she wore it and the clasp did not keep it from falling off her wrist. It's now gone...

This bracelet is really cute - but just not for me - its kinda small - and I thought I had a small wrist.
