This bracelet is so pretty. But it has the worst clasp ever!! It falls off all the time

This is a nice bracelet, I love Kate Spade....but it's too small for my wrist. My fault for that...but one of the stones already fell out, disappointed in that. You can't tell, though. It's shiny and sleek...just wish it was a little bigger.

It is beautiful and good price but clasp is easy to open and I dropped on the floor few times and lost my glass stones. :/ It is nice look but I am not so happy with it.

I bought this a few weeks ago. It was absolutely beautiful, however it was too small for my wrist. Before I bought the bracelet I tried to look up the length of it to make sure it would fit but it wasn't listed. If you have a big boned wrist like me I would not recommend it.

The diamonds have been falling out and I've only had the bracelet for two weeks. Overall, I love the bracelet, but am so disappointed that it isn't more durable for daily wear. I expected better quality, especially since Kate Spade rarely disappoints! The sizing and color is perfect. It's great to wear with pretty much anything.

Falls off every time I wear it. 5 stars if it stayed on

I was so excited to order this bracelet...despite the many reviews that warned about the faulty clasp. I wore it twice without issue (and made sure to check it was still on several times). The 3rd time I wore it (owning it less than a week) sure enough, glanced down and it was gone. SO VERY SAD! Not only to lose it, but that's a lot of money for this single mom to spend on herself and then *poof* the bracelet is gone. Kate Spade -- PLEASE fix this issue so many of us are complaining about! Would love to buy more of these as gifts, but just can't risk it.

Only had the pleasure of wearing this once before one stone fell out. Currently emailing customer service. It is a pretty bracelet, but the quality is up for debate

Got this as a gift and love it but disappointed with the clasp and quality, exchanged it today because the clasp broke, when I got home with the new one it was missing a gem stone... will have to try and exchange once more...

Very cute bracelet the only thing is it opens up and it's very easy to lose it. When you least expect it it's just completely opened and dangling off your wrist. Waste of money if you're going to just end up losing it

Great and gorgeous bracelet. The only problem is that it would fall off from time to time and it happened a few days ago when it fell off and I didn't notice till a little later when it was gone and have no clue where it fell.

It's a very cute accessory. However, it falls off easily. It fell off and it was lost the same day I purchased it.

A friend gave me this bracelet for Christmas. The clasp design is very poor. The bracelet has opened and fallen several times before, and I was able to see it fall. Today, I was out, and did not feel it come off. I no longer own this bracelet. I lost it, so sad!!!

I purchased this bracelet a while back; pretty much from the time I got it, it fell off and I just knew to be conscious of this. Finally, one day it fell off without my noticing, so kind of a waste of fifty bucks....it was such a minimal, but beautiful bracelet, so it was honestly disappointing!

My husband bought the gold and silver bracelets however they fall Off ! Love the product but I think the hinges are defective .. Be careful I lost one already and was very upset when it happened.

As someone who plays sports and am constantly removing jewlery, I was so excited that this bracelet was easy to put on and take off. For the first week or so, I didn't take it off and it stayed put, but once I got in the regular habit of putting it on and taking it off, I found it falling off my wrist throughout the day. I thought maybe it's just because I move my right hand more than my left. So I switched wrists and it fell, and got lost. I'm extremely sad about it and even though it was falling, I still wish I had it :(

I absolutely loved this bracelet and bought the rose gold color. However, from the second day I wore it, the hinge would come undone. I don't know if I had a defective one or not, but I usually noticed when it would fall off, but then when I was traveling from Florida to Washington, it came off at some point and now am without a bracelet. Really disappointed with how easily it came off, and feel like I wasted $50. Not only that, the rose gold color is not available on line so I can't buy another one even if I wanted to.

Stones have fallen out on two of my silver bangles?! Hardly wore it also one of them doesn't stay clasped. I bought a gold one and same issue opens up at times!! Ive almost lost it several times. Called customer service to file a complaint and the woman on the phone could care less. Barely speaks english the call dropped and she didn't even bother to call back! Pretty sad since Ive spent a fortune on Kate Spade products!!!

Was a present and because the clasp would randomly ope I wish I had not worn it with long sleeves so I could be more aware if clasp opened. I had 3 of these bracelets and they all have the same issue. The store would not support replacing or fixing the clasp on my other 2 that I still own.

Stones fell out a month later. The outlet wasn't very helpful in replacing or sending it out because it was ordered online. I had to contact customer service and mail out on my own.
