Loved to Shoe, but it was too small, had to order a 8.5, hope they fit better, unusual for this shoe.

I loved the shoe! However, I wear a 9 1/2, this shoe was very snug and my toes had no room at all, they were at the end of the shoe. I barely able to get shoe on with a sock. Definitely returning and ordering a 10.

These shoes are very stiff. Not as comfortable as I had hoped. Bought them for teenage daughter and she isn't crazy about the style either. Returning

I wanted to love them, but they weren't that comfortable for me. There is very little padding under the foot. I retuned them.

I wear a size US 9 or 40 in every shoe -- except this one! I don't know if they were mismarked or just a fluke, but these were way too small for me. They felt a full size smaller and were also a bit narrow in the middle. They look cute and seem to have good arch support, but back they go!

I have to echo what others have said about the insole not being cushy enough - it's bit hard, and no cushion in the ball of foot area. I tried them anyway, but they will go back. If you don't need a lot of cushion, they might work for you. Arch support is definitely ample (might be too much for some people), and the wide feels like a true wide. Supportive, but they're not quite comfy enough for me.

Fit very, very tight. I ordered my normal size but should have gotten smaller.

This shoe was way too tight through the whole toe area. I ordered 1/2 size up from what I usually wear but they were just too tight. Had to return them. The Moc Star fit much, much better.

Cute shoe but so tight. The footbed is removable but is so very thick. Seems to overtake the shoe making it a struggle to get your foot in.

I did go up a size as recommended but they were a little big. The width was just right. They are nice shoes and looked like they were well made. I was disappointed they didn’t fit.

Cute shoes but didn't work for me. I ordered larger sizes due to other reviews and I would advise others to heed to that advice. Was disappointed they didn't work for me. Thankful that Zappos is so great in accepting returns of unworn shoes.

I really wanted to like these but they were way too tight thru the whole time area even though I went up 1/2 size. The Moc Star fits me much better. I had to return them.

I liked the look of the shoe but it was still a bit tight on my right foot. Usually wide shoes are perfect but it did not seem as wide as advertised. These will be going back and I am sad because I thought they were so cute.

Please be aware that sizing is different for these shoes. I advise you to order at least 1/2 size over normal size and, for the first time in my life, I would need to order Wide in this brand! These shoes are too narrow for me and I have narrow feet!

I have the Moc Star, which fits me great, so I thought I would try the Star. The Star is much narrower through the whole toe area. I ordered the same size as I did in the Moc Star, but this just does not fit the same. I will be returning it and ordering another Moc Star in a different color. When I held them together, the Moc Star was even longer than the Star.

This was very disappointing. As recommended, I ordered a half size larger and it was still much too small. The top of the shoe also rubbed uncomfortably on my foot. I don’t think that was a sizing issue because it felt scratchy and bumpy. Would not recommend.

For the price, I expected a more comfortable shoe. Additionally, it is recommended to size up a 1/2 size but when I did so, I found the shoe to be too big. I recommend ordering your correct size.

I ordered the wide width, but it's definitely not made for wide feet! Really disappointed because this shoe was exactly what I've been looking for.

Super cute style but the cushioning abruptly ends end the start of the ball of the foot, so no cushioning at all for the ball or toes, which doesn't work for my tired, arthritic feet.

Cute shoes, arch support was amazing, BUT they were so snug and stiff to wear. I wore them around the house and they were still too tight. Went up to 8.5 and the same thing...too narrow, stiff and snug.

Defect in lining around the heel, so I have to return. Also seem a little short, and the toe box is not deep enough.

These sneakers were super cute, so I was disappointed when they just didn't feel good on my feet. They were a bit stiff, and even though they were the right size, they slipped up and down on my heel and I knew they would give me a blister after even a short wear. I have pretty hard-to-please feet, so I'm sure they will be great (and cute!) for someone else!

These shoes are super cute, but I found the leather version (retro star) more comfortable than the canvas. Even those didn't feel right in my left arch, sadly, as these shoes are exactly what I was looking for in terms of appearance. They also run a bit narrow, as my feet are definitely narrow but the width was fine for me.

So far I have been wearing these for about a week. So far, they haven't wowed me. They rub a bit in the heal area if I don't wear thick enough socks. I added elastic laces so I could get in and out of them quicker.

I bought these in 6 Wide and they are too narrow in the front if you have C/D-Width feet. Also the cotton canvas is very stiff, not at all soft. The insoles are removable, which is nice if you need to use your own orthotics. Definitely go up a size if you need to use your own orthotics. Cute looking shoes and nice charcoal color, but didn't work out for me.
