I had to return them. I already sent an email wondering where my refund was. They were for my husband and he didn't like them. I will order a different pair when I get the refund.

I ordered this shoe and it was to small. I have worn a size 6 and a half 3E all my adult life and have found all shoes run way small now no matter who makes them so I ordered this shoe in size 7 and a half 6E, it was both to small and to narrow. I called New Balance and the associate directed me to another shoe that he said should fit me even though it is the same size. We will see. Also the sole feels like you are walking on concrete. Not comfortable at all.

I have bought 5 pairs of NB shoes in the last 3 years. Three white tennis shoes and two 626 black shoes for work. All are great except the first black work shoes. the first pair had the inside lining "shred" in just two weeks. I ordered another pair and they are perfect, like the three pair of tennis shoes. I wanted two pair of the work shoes to trade daily but the first pair is not usable. I think New Balance should replace the pair that shredded.

I really liked the shoes for the first couple weeks. Very comfortable but the seams on both toe caps started coming apart already

My last 2 pair have fallen apart. Five months ago I purchased a pair of MID526BLK shoes the soles are falling off. I had different model before and they did the same thing. With all the years of good experience with New Balance, I thought they were a fluke, not so.

I bought these as work shoes. I read another review about how comfortable they thought they were standing on their feet at work. I am a pharmacist and I stand on my feet but I do not think this shoe is for me. I stand 8 hours a days and I am not able to wear these shoes. I would consider returning them but I have wore them when I first got them. The arch support was not as good as I thought it would be. I would not purchase these again.

I was looking for comfort in a black on black shoe. This leather like cover is very hard and not forgiving, therefore uncomfortable. My mistake, I will stick with other styles in the future.

THESE SHOES HAVE NO!! SUPPORT AND I AIWAY( NB) if I could get my money back I would I have had them for 3months I will not where them anymore

Only pair of New Balance shoes that I've owned that only lasted me three months. After 2 weeks of wearing them the rubber started to separate from the shoe which turned into a water gun when it rained...

Got a 6E width and still too tight. Attempting to get leather stretcher & hope for the best. Also wearing overheats my feet, Shoe laces are not long enough. Overall disappointed in the product.

sent back the cement galoshes for refund, no tread for grip, like bald tires, like slicks

The shoe is supposed to be 6E, but it's smaller than a 4E. I believe that this shoe and or it's distributor/manufacturer sells "Seconds". Seconds are products that are still good or usable; but don't meet the companies required specifications. I could be wrong, but I would like a refund.

I stand at work all day on my feet. I found a pair of New Balance 608 and I loved them. Their foundation has since began to break down, so I wanted to replace them with this model. This shoe is sold as a 14 6E, but it's narrower than my 14 4E. I was looking forward to have my toes experience that 'Living Room' feel, with enough room to open them. Needing a refund ASAP.

I bought these shoes thinking they were comfortable, but I was wrong, they are the most uncomfortable work shoes, I do not recommend them

Shoes are very bad for my feet cause the seam inside the toe box , is hurting my feet

I was expecting better quality and fit, plus more comfort from New Balance. These shoes simply didn't deliver the quality I've come to expect.
