Fit was larger than expected. I have been wearing new balance for years and never had sizing issues. Felt heavy and clunky and not what i was looking for use in a commercial kitchen.

the sole was changed some time since i purchased my other shoes, several years ago. this new shoe is not as flexible nor is it as comfortable. why change a good product and make it worse?

I loved the shoes they fit great with my wide and big feet. I wore them for about 2 weeks and loved them. Until it rained and there was water that's when I noticed my left shoe was getting water inside of it but my right foot was dry. I'm returning them now I guess I got a defective pair.

No steel toe. Not electrically safe. The sole is somewhat non-slip, but the pattern is useless on certain tile floors. The problem is that when you make something which is a carbon copy of the 627, people will mistake it for the other. This is called brand confusion.

I work as a chef and am on my feet all day. These shoes were large and clunky. I gave up after the 3rd day of wearing them.

For a size 13 wide, it is uncomfortably tight in the toe box. The shoes rubs on the tops of my toes. I cannot see myself able to wear the 626v2 out walking like I do with other New Balance shoes. I believe that there is not allowance for the restriction of the tightness of the leather.

The sole on the front started to come off after 8 months. I thought these were supposed to be work shoes. Contacted customer service with the photos and they did not even respond. Waste of money. Gotta love their competition on their warranty service and customer support.

I've bought lots of NB shoes, but by far these shoes are not comfortable at all.

This shoe was supposed to be a 6 E width as marked but as I found out it is the same width as my older NB shoe which is only 4 E. I was very disappointed as I now need a true 6 E width.

I have different size feet so I have to buy two pair of shoes at a time. Both your shoes marked 6E were not wide enough. Had to return both pair.

Bought these to replace another NB pair to accommodate AFO brace I'm required to use every day. Unfortunately the tie box of the new shoes is nowhere near as deep as my old pair and dies not properly accommodate the brace to the extent the heel of the new pair is totally crushed. It was your service staff that recommended the pair I purchased as a good replacement. My bad for trusting you!

Third pair I bought online. The size ordered is exactly the same as my favorite pair. I love new balance work shoes but the sizing is not accurate. I don't have a store to try new balance shoes on in person. I don't think I'll buy online again.

I have worn this exact shoe for several years, buying usually a pair every 6 to 9 months. This pair was ordered the exact same size as my last pair, and came in unwearable. They are at least a half-size to a full-size too small, and are also two narrow. I literally could not stand to have them on more than a couple of minutes. And no, I haven't gained weight, lol! Poor quality control.

I purchased these shoes for my boyfriend when he started a new job just over 2 months ago. He needed to add an insert for comfort. He is always on his feet at work and his other shoes were not appropriate. Not impressed at all. I do not recommend wasting your money for these shoes if worn 8+ hours a day.

I ordered 6e and they are physically narrower than my 4e 604s. Seems to be a trend with new balance, guess I'll be shopping someplace else.

Purchased for work, tried them on after receiving and they were way too small for 10-1/2 4E, hard cheap plastic and quite uncomfortable, no way these can be worn for working.

Used these only one day, my feet were swelling. I think it's because of the material too hard.

I purchased these shoes for my husband 3 months ago and the sole completely came off the other day! I had high hopes for these shoes as he works on concrete daily.

Probably the most disappointed I have ever been in what seemed like a good shoe choice. I literally do not know who or why you would design a shoe this way. Marked as an extra wide, yet is already a bit tight on my feet before even bearing any weight. The slightly raised portion of support that typically resides under your toes(between the ball of your foot and toe tips) it literally under the ball of your foot instead. Raising the foot in an area that should have a slight depression. This is a sensation of discomfort that I have never felt in a shoe before. I guess if you have some very oddly long toes and like ordering extra wide shoes even though you have normal width feet these are the perfect fit.
