Order was delivered in 5 days. Unfortunately, too small and had to return and reorder. Disappointed because it said Free returns on website but I was charged $5 or $6 for the immediate return. Plus within minutes of placing that order, I realized I ordered the wrong size and called. They would not change the order, so that was a hassle.

The shoes look great, but wearing them and working standing up almost all day. My feet can killing don't know if I got the right working shoes or I should of got running shoe?

I bought 8.5 (my regular size) and didn't fit well, so so I gave them to an employee and came for the size 9. Same thing. Now I'm trying to get used to them, but it's not cool to keep thinking about your comfort in the middle off a rush in the kitchen, that shouldn't be part or your headache. If I ask me, I'll not buy those a third time.

Wore for one day and could not wait to get home and take them off. I asked for 4e extra wide for my toes and they don't fit like a 4e should.... Humid and hot if you are on your feet all day. Don't recommend

The size is fine but I had to replace the insert with a better one. I walked about 8 miles yesterday, so I need extra cushion inside.

These are decent shoes for the money. They took a while to break in, but are more comfortable now. I am concerned about durability, time will tell on that.

Front of shoe is a little tight on the sides and top. Got blisters first day I wore them, had to use moleskin in several places. Had similar problems with other New Balance when trying to find waterproof shoes with slip resistance soles.
I'd also recommend:
I find New Balance the best fit normally, except with their golf shoes.

I bought this product for work, 12 hour shifts. It took two weeks to conform to my feet and I noticed the black seams around the shoes began turning white immediately. I applied black shoe polish and that was a temporary fix. I have been purchasing New Balance for over 8 years and it seems the quality of material and craftsmanship have declined. My last pair of New Balance were falling apart a week after purchase. The seams came undone around the toes. I sent pictures to New Balance and got no response. I'm very hesitant about future New Balance purchases and have been checking out alternative footwear.

Laces (7 holes) go too far toward toes. Result is the bottom laces are where the foot naturally bends when walking. Toes are also more pointed than photo shows - seems to be a problem with all Chinese-made shoes. Also, there is too thick padding around the heel - makes the shoe too warm.I returned the shoes because of lacing and toe pinching.

If you have good feet, these shoes are fine. I have flat feet that require the use of orthotic insoles. These shoes are neutral, which is a plus, but they have very little depth inside, so my feet are jammed against the top, and my ankles stick up way too high out of the shoe. Also, they tend to throw my foot forward into the toe box, crushing my toes. So I have to lace them uncomfortably tight to save my toes, which causes pain near my ankles.

These were definitely smaller than any sneaker I've ever purchased marked "9.5". I don't know what's happened industry-wise, but I used to be able to purchase any 9.5 sneaker (and a 10 shoe) and they would simply fit. Not so anymore. Nicely made, just make sure you order these a half-size up.

i got the same size shoe i got from another store and they're a lil tighter than the other pair, i thought after a couple of shifts at work they'd loosen up but they're still the same, but i got the widest size available too, if i could find this shoe at a local store i would of bought it there

the fit and comfort of a new balance is topped by no one. these are sold a s work shoes but the soles separated after 4 months. i re glued and then they wore right out. my only solution was to buy new ones asap.

I love the soles on these shoes. They are soft enough to allow me to stand on a cement floor for hours at a time without knee or hip pain (both replacements).
I have a pair of the black leather shoes that are soft and comfortable but are beginning to wear.
I purchased these in the gray for a change. That proved to be a mistake. The leather is stiff, much more so than the black ones when I first bought them. I returned the gray ones. I will purchase another pair of the black shoes when they again become available.
I wish this sole was available on other NB shoes.

I bought a pair of this MID626 as I needed a non-slip sole for work. My feet measures 11.5 inches so I ordered a 12.5 but when I received them I could still feel my toes hitting the tip when I start walking so I took advantage of Zappos' return policy and got a size 13E. Now I that I have received them and worn them at work I must say that they do fit right. It still a little hard and not flexible but time will take care of that. I am probably going to buy insole inserts as the ones that came with the shoes are not to my liking, I want more arch support. Overall, I am more happy with Zappos customer service than with my pair of New Balance. I am not returning them as I need them for work and cannot find my particular shoe size at my local store.
