Shoe is great for about 6 hours only not good for long days on your feet.

I've been wearing New Balance for over 20 years and this is the first pair that feels like concrete under my feet.

I have a wide foot and was a big fan of the New Balance brand of shoes but in the last 2 years I have not found a shoe that fits correctly. I tried to find their widest shoe and usually have success in the ones marked for diabetics as they are superior in comfort and support. At this point I will not buy another New Balance as they are Way Too Narrow even at 4E! The Dunham brand is by far a better fit for my wide foot.

Shoes are good fit, not as light as a sneaker, but lighter than a work shoe, they need a week to break in.

Smaller in width than my other NB 4E shoes. But, none of the shoes made outside US are as accurate as those made in USA.

Returned a pair of 4e -too tight, bought these not much better, expected much wider, I have always bought NB,because their 4E was actually wide, but now I have returned 2 pairs because they were way too narrow..the 2 pair I have that were made in USA and they fit fine...what's up NB?

The most ugly shoe I have ever bought. That being said the shoe was very functional.

Little snug but I put in shoe comforts because I'm walking on concrete all day. Other than that a good fit.

Bought to replace my 411's that were very comfortable, but no longer available. NB stated that these were more rigid that the 411 and indeed they are. Can only wear for about 1-2 hours, am trying to break in the shoes or break my feet into the shoe, but am concerned about wearing for an 8-10 hour shift. Will likely return these.

I have been using New Ballance shoes for many years but the 626v2 (2022) did not meet the requirements
I use these shoes as every day wear as walking shoes.
The left shoe has a very bad pressure point at the heal inner side create a lot of discomfort. had to take it off after 10 minutes of walking. The right side shoe is fine. I suspect a manufacturing problem.
I replaced with 928V3 which are very good

Had them for two days and had to return them. I had the extra wide and to be honest it's that wide. The shoe was rubbing on the side of my foot. Also the toe box is very narrow.Even after I remove the inner sole it just did not work.

The slip resistant soles are great. Were not comfortable at all. Need more cushioning

Bought the same size as a recent pair of New Balance running shoes but these are much tighter and really don't fit. No more online shoe shopping for me.

I am food Service worker on my feet 12 hours. You can feel water coming thru the bottom to your feet.I was very disappointed, I would not buy again. I also notice they dont break in so it was tight around the sides.

Bought this shoe several months back. The length felt short right from the beginning. But I thought that with wear it would eventually stretch to proper length. I was wrong. The shoe is still short in the length. Even though the shoe states that it is a size 12 (which is what I wear), I somehow think that it might have been mislabeled. Disappointed. But I should have sent it back right from the start. Will just have to live with it. Have bought from Zappos for years and this is the first time that I've gotten anything that wasn't up to par. Not their fault. Again, I think the shoe just got mislabeled.

The length of the shoe was fine. The width was to narrow and my feet did not fit well at all. I can wear other New Balance shoes, but the 626v2 model is to narrow. I returned them for a refund and will try a different model.

Needed some work shoes but man are these things ugly. They age you about 20 years. Comfort is okay. Leather looks and feels cheap. If you don't care about looks in the least and only about slip resistance, these are the shoes for you though.

This is an excellent shoe. I purchased 2E width after measuring my foot. The shoes as manufactured were too wide allowing my foot to move against the side of the shoe causing an abrasion. I have a perfectly good pair of new shoes that won't fit.

I use my N. B. products for the gym and walking. I take a 6 E which doesn't give me a huge selection but I do like what I can get and they fit me.
I keep getting emails from N. B. with nice looking shoes and runners and I get excited until I check it out and find the widest they come in is 3E or less so I can't order them.
I do appreciate that N. B. does provide som 6E products.
I like New Balance and will continue to use them.

Bought these for my husband he wears a 9.5 medium or regular size. Ordered a 9.5 medium and the toe box was too narrow. Exchanged them for a 10 medium had the same issue. After 2 tries we decided to just return them. It's a bit disappointing because he has never had this issue with New Balance before.

I wear Size 9-6E, which used to be 4E and before that 2E. Every time country of origin changes, shoes narrow. The 826 toe box is narrow compared to Model 813. The 826 wide fit is back a bit so toes cramped. Also, arch support on 826 is uncomfortable on my wide flat feet and short toes, so 813 is the only answer.
