Comfortable out of the box once straps were adjusted correctly. Key is to get arch to fit in the right spot. I generally wear a 9 1/2 shoe. Take a 10 in Chacos.

I am very pleased with my Chaco purchase. They are comfortable and give great support. They are easily adjusted for a good fit.

Had to return 7s and size up to an 8 - normally 7.5. Fit great and the colors are as pictured.

Very comfortable and supportive for sandals. The adjustable straps make a huge difference. My only wish is that they came in wide width. The run widish so I can wear them but they would be a little more comfy if they were a little wider.

My first Chaco and I love! Wish I could wear them to work! Hate taking them off. Super comfy, easy to adjust. Going to custom make my next pair!

This is the Chaco I have been wanting! I started on my Chaco journey with the Unaweeps. Loved the feel of support, but after wearing them to Disney World, they bruised the bottom of my feet from being a little too high in the arch. I also got a blister on the inside of the arch of my foot. I put them aside until I tried the Z/Volv sandals, which didn't give me those problems, but weren't quite as supportive as I was wanting. This was a real Goldilocks situation. Finally, Chaco announced these bad boys. I wasted no time ordering them,and couldn't wait to try them. When I first put them on, I knew these were what I was needing. Perfect amount of support and just soft enough to be slightly cushioned. I am in love. I wore these this past weekend when I was on my feet all day, and they were extremely comfortable the entire time. Thank you Chaco!

First time ordering on line. Definitely won't be last! I love this sandal. Perfect fit, perfect color , Zappos was extremely helpful & friendly. I highly recommend Zappos & Chaco!

Almost 2 years ago, I purchased the Chaco ZX/2 Vibram Yampa. I have worn them in all suitable (and some unsuitable) weather and love how they feel. I decided to try these Chaco Z/Cloud 2, and after less than a day or wearing them, I can say that I love these just as much as I love my ZX/2s. In fact, with a single strap instead of the ZX/2 double strap, these Z/Cloud 2s are even easier to adjust. I agree with other reviewers that the Chacos seem to run small; I usually wear 7 1/2, so I ordered both of my Chacos in size 8, and they are perfect.

These are quirky shoes. The footbed is molded-- good heel cup, good arch support, but not quite right for my feet. The webbing was too narrow for my wide feet, which means I have to return them. Hooray for Zappos and the great quality of service we get. Thanks, guys!!

A little too narrow for my foot.

Cute pattern. I own several pair of Chaco sandals already but they don’t have the big toe strapped in. It was just too hard to get the straps to fit my foot. I know you’re supposed to just wear them and they will “self-adjust” but that wasn’t working either. So I gave up. Am returning them.

Replacement pair had working strap that was not sewn (or cemented) into the footbed like the original pair (which made an adjustment impossible). Daughter loves the style and is just starting to wear them so we have confidence in the shoes. The straps are very long, but we just snipped with scissors (hopefully they will not fray).

I usually wear a 9, but Zappos recommended me an 8 in these. The length of the sandal was fine, but not quite wide enough for me in a regular. Also, I just don't like the look of the one-strap in solid black - just too plain for my tastes.

These are very comfortable for your feet. They are large in the heel area if you have narrow heels. The downfall is they are hard to get on and off. Tighten one strap to loosen somewhere else.

This is my first pair of Chacos. I’m glad I got them. Love the color especially. They offer a lot of arch support. The straps are adjustable but to get them not to look weird on the toe I have to pull them pretty tight. I like how the buckles can be loosened easily.

My feet are quite narrow, and I know a perk of these Chaco's is that they run narrow. But. I had to tighten the straps ALL the way to make them work and even then they were a bit loose. Had the soles been more comfortable, I might have stuck with it. And they are more comfortable than earlier models because the soles are so light. (Previous ones felt like I had bricks tied to my feet!) As much as I wanted to rationalize that they worked, they just didn't. They simply weren't that comfortable. I'm returning.

This was my first pair of chacos and I was super excited to receive them in the mail. Since this was my first pair it was a learning curve. I’m not the biggest fan of the pulling to “fit your foot” and that part took me the longest time really fit to comfort. I don’t know why but I always thought Chacos had a snap buckle to them instead of the pulling effect. I also am not a fan of how the buckle sits right on top of my foot. I love these sandals but they’re going to take some getting used to

The toe loop just did not line up well with my foot. Otherwise, I really liked it.

The fit and size seemed spot on, however you can’t adjust the far back strap to center your foot - so my heel hangs on the edge while there is extra room up front. The sole and arch felt very supportive, and the straps are very comfortable. Just too bad you can’t adjust the back as well.

these are great and i'm a diehard for these shoes but the toe strap is uncomfortable to step on and i don't like how thick it is

So comfortable. Durable too, but not as durable as they have been in the past. They are still wearable, but the sole is coming unglued. I do wear them several times a week in a private swimming pool. They look much nicer in person than in the picture. I got a lot of compliments on them when they were newer.

The arch support was must too high for my foot and I have a high arch.

Well, they certainly won't get me any dates (unless I move to Colorado), but they were the best fit in a non-slip weekend sandal for running around. They're clunky, they're not very attractive, but hopefully these sandals will last forever and with the coloring, maybe blend in with my skin more than the black. All of the adjustments seem very smart. I wanted a non-slip sandal for utilitarian wear- biting the bullet on the looks.

I wanted these to fit, but they felt overly tight in the heel. Granted, I am new to Chacos but I don’t think I’d get over how weird & tight these felt in my heel. Otherwise no complaints. But they went back & im testing other models.
